I have placed over 300 videos on my website. For unknown reasons, the videos no longer play on my website. I am on the shopify platform. My theme has remained the same. Wistia tells me i need to replace the old embed code with the newest version of embed code from their website for each video I have placed. This will take a LOT of time. To contract this job, it will cost roughly $1600. Wistia offers no help, no sympathy, no discount to help cover the cost. For example, you can't show presenters their notes inside the platform which makes it difficult to plan and host guests. However, in general, our main purpose for using Wistia is our ability to host videos and retain a video library.
