What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

We've been using Willo for nearly two years to manage our high-volume early careers recruitment. Transitioning to a video interview platform has saved us an extraordinary amount of time. What we value most is the flexibility, candidates can complete their interviews at a time that suits them, and our team can review responses when it’s most convenient. We've eliminated the inefficiencies and no-shows that often came with telephone interviews.

This year alone, we've reviewed over 7,000 video interviews—something that simply wouldn’t have been feasible with phone-based screening. As a result, we've enhanced the candidate experience and are able to identify and engage with higher-quality talent more effectively.

What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

Willo saves us BOATLOADS of time and resources. If you interview regularly you have, no doubt, experienced being five minutes into an interview and having that distinct, sinking realization that it's a "no". But to not be rude, you let the interview proceed to a reasonable conclusion. Now you've wasted a bunch of time setting up the interview, bringing in other staff to assist, and enduring a total fail of a candidate just to be polite. Willo eliminates ALL of that. Your first impression fails are now eliminated before the extra time is invested. Is Willo worth it? Yes - by LEAPS and BOUNDS. 1000 times, yes. Willo is super easy to use. It feels incredibly intuitive to set up interviews as a hiring manager, but also as an end user. I used to use another platform that felt incredibly hard to copy previous roles and then edit, but that is not the issue with Willo. It's simply designed in the best way.
