I like that candidates can complete the interview in their own time, and we can watch the videos in our own time, which eliminates the hassle of coordinating schedules. We could completely tailor the questions to our needs, allowing us to include everything we'd normally ask in a telephone screening. I had an incredible experience with Willo Video Interviewing. It looks very good and works well for most things. Additionally, the initial setup was quite simple and smooth. When compared to the software we used previously, like Adobe Frame, Willo Video Interviewing seemed more efficient and less manual. I find Willo Video Interviewing easy to use with an intuitive UI. It streamlines the process by allowing me to review a batch of candidates and view transcripts, as well as pause and rewind when needed. The platform didn't require any time to learn and managed the organizational work for me. The setup was super easy, making the overall experience very smooth. What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

I appreciate Willo's generally easy-to-use interface, including easy commenting on various interview responses. For online choral auditions, the relatively high audio quality is also helpful. Our choral area uses Willo to process hundreds of online auditions each year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?

There are a few bugs that can make the software difficult to use, including difficulty interfacing with the Apple iPad, a lack of options for how to rate interviewees (I would prefer a numerical rating system or the ability to determine our own rating system, as opposed to the five options given by Willo). Additionally, the videos auto-advance from question to question, which can cause difficulty when you need to re-hear a student's response to an audition question before moving onto the next question.
