What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

Very easy and convenient to use, both in terms of creating the interviews and also sharing the submissions with others. We started using Willo for internship positions and entry-level positions, but now we are using it for senior level positions, including our recent CFO role. What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?

Willo has completely transformed the way we approach candidate screening. As a modern interviewing platform, it streamlines the hiring process with remarkable efficiency. It is exceptional at cutting down both time and costs without compromising on quality. The platform’s intuitive interface and smart automation features make it incredibly easy to set up screening questions, share interview links, and evaluate responses. We’ve seen faster turnaround times, better candidate insights, and more confident hiring decisions. We use Willo daily at Bott and co, and we focus on using the platform for all types of screening, internal and external. Faith at their customer support side is outstanding, we couldn't ask for more from her. Implementing Willo into our already seamlines hiring process was simple, easy and very welcomed by all managers, the integration was second to non. Their functions are also brilliant, my favourite being the 'natural delivery' screening that checks how natural candidates delivery is, allowing us to check for potential AI reliance rather than assistance. What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?

I would not rely on Willo for a full interview process, we use this as a 1st stage interview screening, then invite candidates to attend the office or video call for a 2nd interview. Willo cuts down the time spent interviewing candidates in person but one limitation is the lack of real-time interaction. Because the platform relies on asynchronous video responses, it can sometimes miss the spontaneity and depth of live conversations. Especially when evaluating soft skills or cultural fit. For roles where interpersonal dynamics are key, teams may still need to supplement Willo with live interviews or add this as a 2nd stage. Having said this, I couldn't recommend Willo enough as a screening platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has notably helped us save time in the prescreening process by letting us focus more on sourcing and searching for qualified candidates.
