Makes conferences fun and informative with the provided feeds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no prizes for participants in the challenge games (for example, “do a survey” or “what are you reading?”). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked best about using the Whova app was how it brought everything I needed for the event into one convenient place. The app made it incredibly easy to access the full agenda, session descriptions, and even room maps, so I never felt lost or out of the loop.
I especially appreciated the networking features-being able to scan QR codes and view attendee profiles, send messages, and exchange contact information digitally helped me connect with the right people and made professional networking feel effortless.
The interactive elements, like live polls and Q&A during sessions, kept me engaged, and the personalized schedule and reminders ensured I didn’t miss anything important. Sharing experiences through photos and updates was fun, and I found the app’s interface intuitive and easy to use. Overall, Whova made the event experience more organized, interactive, and enjoyable, and I would definitely use it again for future events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I never did figure out how you can download all the attendees into an excel spread sheet. Downloading the leads who I scanned the QR codes worked flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Gene! Thanks for your review, we’re glad you enjoyed the networking and lead capture features! Due to privacy concerns about attendee information, we do not currently support downloading a complete attendee list as an excel sheet if you are not an event organizer. However, if you reach out to your event organizer and they approve it, they can provide you with the full list of attendee information. Regardless, all the attendee data can still be easily accessed in the attendee section of our app without downloading the full list.

The customer engagement was great, also the ability to have organizers and volunteers manning the app separate from attendees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
as an organizer it was very tough to find the Newest Registrants. The export report does not include registration dates, there is not any filter for which we could pull the report to just see the registrations as of a specific date. Also when pulling the report we could not find out the changes in registration easily- such as those whose registration might have been removed/deleted/canceled after the last time the report was pulled.
It was very very challenging to keep track of the list of those who completed the secondary steps to registration on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Whova is how everything related to an event is organized in one place. It’s super easy to check schedules, connect with other attendees, and get real-time updates without missing anything. The networking feature is also really useful for making meaningful connections. Sometimes the interface feels a little crowded with too many options on one screen, which can be confusing at first. Also, notifications can get overwhelming if you’re part of multiple sessions or groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found it very convenient to create the conference schedule, which made the experience great. I also appreciated how easy it was to view the participants, learn about their areas of interest, and get in touch with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would have been even better if the conference presentation details were included more thoroughly. Since the presented papers were already posted, I think it would have been possible to add at least the abstracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great attendee engagement and a strong easy to use mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The add-ons are expensive, after the basics - the items you really need are $$$ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use and network with people. Fun activities to post for meet-ups, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, the app worked well and was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked all of the features to encourage user engagement, particularly the leaderboard, but also the polls, discussion boards, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My primary dislike about Whova was the outdated UI styling. I think I also would have preferred for the Logistics information to be more front-and-center since it was hard to find a couple of times. Maybe Logistics should be in the navigation bar at the bottom and the Community discussion board Or Messages can be in the Additional Resources section. I didn't use the Messages feature at all, so it didn't need to be in the bottom nav bar. It would also be neat if the My Agenda page had a Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing that I like best is that the information is easy to find. I was able to review the available sessions, read details, choose the options that best suited my needs, and the agenda allowed me the ability to not have to remember what I selected. I was able to see my selections quickly with all information with minimal clicks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not experienced any downsides to the Whova app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really liked Whova, but their customer service is poor. Is there a comparable service to try?
