I found the Whova app great both before my conference and during the conference. It was a great way to prepare for the confernece and select my seminars. I would have liked an easy way to transfer my seminar notes to my email or to a Google Doc. My school sent several of us to the conference and we like to share notes and information with each other and our school community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used Whova for the first time at a conference this summer. From the ease of downloading and set-up using pre-populated data from my organization profile import to the in-meeting, in-session usage of the app's features, it was wonderful to have everything I could have needed to access in an easy-to-find and accessible singular place. All Registered attendees for the show, contain the contact information within APP. Can communicate within APP with attendees very easily. Agenda personalilzation feature. I love the audience feature. It allows me to meet my audience virtually before I speak and engage with them through the Questions from My Audience section. The only drawback I encountered was tracking new replies or questions among the many existing ones. This was particularly challenging when using the application on a cell phone. It would be helpful if new replies were highlighted or displayed in a different color. I attended a conference virtually this year. The Whova app allowed me to still have the in-person ammenities of collaboration with other educators, direct Q&A with presenters, ease of access for session handouts, and ability to schedule my time with ease. The most helpful feature of Whova is the comprehensive agenda, which is easily accessible for all attendees. Everyone can view each other’s profiles, fostering networking opportunities. I used the WHOVA app for the first time as a participant of the NAWDP Business Services Academy. Everyday, I would open the app to confirm my daily workshops and more importantly, to network with fellow participants from across the nation. I have added more people to my LinkedIn profile as a result of the app. For introverts such as myself, this was the best way to familiarize myself with colleagues and create some engaging activities along the way. Everyone likes a little competition, and the WHOVA app allowed us to be compete in a friendly challenge while making 'new friends' in the process.
