Dear Whova creators,

When I sign up for a meeting that uses Whova to coordinate activities, speakers and attendees, I am very happy. Whova makes it easy to track the agenda, meeting locations and so much more. I can easily see and message colleagues I want to meet up with during the meeting. And, after the meeting ends, I can view PDFs presentations to jog my memory of important points. I love, love Whova.

I like using Whova to find out about upcoming events and appreciate how it lets me know what's available. I particularly like the different events they offer and find it easy to sign up for an event. The initial setup was easy, which I really value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The entire conference agenda is included, and there is a section for just the things you registered for, making it easy for you to plan your day. There are announcements for location changes. It also integrates with other calendars you may prefer to use. All the attendees are listed, and you can reach out to them to connect, and if you forgot your business cards, you can scan an attendee's QR code. All the networking options you need are there. In each session, there is the ability to take notes that save to the session, keeping you organized, and you can remember who the presenters were. There are also maps attached to the workshop or seminar locations in case your conference is spread out over a large university campus, for example. It's easy to use and figure out, and I used it multiple times per day on my phone and on my iPad, before I left for the conference, and I will use it after the conference to refer to my notes.
