What do you like best about White Label Loyalty?

The responsiveness of White Label Loyalty's customer support team. When we encountered issues with the Runa API integration that affected our production app. Their prompt support ensured that our users could access their vouchers without a significant delay. What do you dislike about White Label Loyalty?

The initial problems with the Runa API integration caused some disruptions in our services. Some users were unable to access their recently claimed vouchers. This led to a negative experience for those affected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about White Label Loyalty?

The platfom offers flexibility and is continuously developing new features to reward the user. It is easy to use and manage the platform.

Certain parts of the platform work in isolation making data extraction not as intuative or as easy as I would like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about White Label Loyalty?

WLL team were instrumental in providing a rapid solution to launching a loyalty program in a very short period of time. This was demonstrated in their capability to gather requirements and offer a standardized product at a cost effective basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about White Label Loyalty?

Customer support is not friendly, often mentioning that known bugs would require the customer to pay more fix them

Their mobile app UX and UI is extremely outdated and does not take into consideration any recent design trends

While we offer white labelled products, not custom solutions, we have released 76 updates and improvements to our platform in the past year. What do you like best about White Label Loyalty?

Easy data scanning as well as veryfing if bills are properly read. Used soultions are easily copied to other activation so there is no need to start each project from scratch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about White Label Loyalty?

Having worked with WLL for over years they have been a really great partner to support our business in providing a loyalty programme for our customers. The hands on approach of the account manager and efforts made to continually develop and improve the rewards programme has been a real positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only slight improvement that could be made is being proactive when challenges arise, but this has since been overcome with process changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
