We have implemented the platform for our holding company. For each of the companies, we have an autonomous and easy-to-use platform. We requested several customizations, and for each one, the Whistlelink team found a solution completely aligned with our needs. Integration with internal systems is very easy, and implementation is very fast. The supporting documentation (DPA, DPIA, technical information) is comprehensive. Customer support is excellent, even in the post-sale phase, fast and competent. The prices are very competitive; we received a tailored quote for our company composed of multiple entities, and for each of the companies, we received support during the onboarding and customization phases of the platforms. The platform is secure, GDPR compliant. We used the platform several times during the year, and each time we did not need further clarification on the steps to take; the platform is intuitive and has a very simple interface to use.
