What do you like best about Whispli?

Pragmatism of the solution and the overall sense of customer sercice of the entire implementation team. The solution evolves really well and rapidly and the solution is so friendly and intituitive that we are able to deal with it on our own. What do you like best about Whispli?

Our experience with Whispli has been exceptional. The Customer Success Manager was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, providing excellent suggestions for our implementation team. When we encountered a hurdle late in the process, our Customer Success Manager pulled his team together to help us expedite through our issues and connect the right leaders on all sides of the issue.

Nearly six months after implementation, we continue to meet regularly to review any issues and discuss program improvements. Both our Customer Success Manager and our Business Development Manager have remained engaged with us and are always available for questions. What do you like best about Whispli?

We have just implemented Whispli so still early days, but the implementation has been very easy, and we've been supported by a fantastic implementation consultant throughout. Urmila is a credit to the Whispli team.

What do you like best about Whispli?

Whispli set up is very intuitive and easy to understand.

The tools allows to the whistleblower to be fully anonymous if they wish so and several channels (external, internal...) can be made up.

The tool also offers a wide range of features very useful for the case management part.

Reporting features and API are available

Moreover, we have been very well accompanied by our CSM and the integration was quickly done

It is very easy to use, it allows anonymity to be preserved and it guarantees confidentiality! There is an App too.

What do you like best about Whispli?

- Tool very easy to use: smooth and seamless implementation

- Great support provided during all our journey (from the questionnaires creation to the training to our team members)

- High level of security in order to make sure there will be no confidentiality breaches (including the use of workflow to monitor the risks of conflict of interests)

What problems is Whispli solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've launched the initiative of implementing a new whistleblowing ("WB") platform in which employees or stakeholders (clients, suppliers, partners...) can report any potential violations or misconduct while ensuring anonymity and protection from retaliation.

Having a dedicated tool will provide:

- Transparency which can help to build trust between management and employees, as well as promote a culture of accountability.

- Protects our team members as the WB platforms offer protection to employees who may fear retaliation for reporting misconduct. By providing a safe and confidential means to report, our team members are more likely to come forward with information that can help to prevent harm or loss.

- Increases detection of wrongdoing and helps to identify issues that may not otherwise come to light. This will help us take actions to prevent harm, improve processes, and protect our image/reputation.

- Demonstrates ethical leadership and an openness to feedback and constructive criticism (which could improve our reputation and attract customers, investors, and team members who value ethical behavior).
