Slow response times on tickets submitted for help. Quirks in the system make use difficult (e.g., not easy to search for cases by case number, linked cases don't always work, permissions don't always apply accurately, etc.). Representations were made regarding system feature availability and the features still haven't been made available after months. Finally, reporting features are severely lacking.
