
What I like most about the WhatsApp Business Platform is how it lets us reach customers exactly where they already are, with near-perfect reliability. The 98% open rate is a real game-changer for time-sensitive alerts. From a technical standpoint, the API integration feels robust; the ability to sync our customer data with chat history helps ensure every interaction is personalized and consistent. I also appreciate the Product Catalog feature, which effectively turns the chat window into a functional storefront and has significantly shortened our conversion cycle. If we only need a simple way to text customers, the free app is fine. But if we need a scalable system with AI summaries, call recordings, and deep team collaboration, we might find the WhatsApp Business Platform too limiting and should look at an all-in-one hub like Zoom Workplace.
