What do you like best about WeSpire?

WeSpire was invaluable in helping us launch an industry-wide challenge in 2020 for the pet industry. WeSpire donated dozens of hours to help us conceive, design, and launch the program. We had hundreds of people participate. The content was beneficial, thought providing, but also assessable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WeSpire?

From the management profile part of the platform, running reports is not as user-friendly as we would have hoped. While using the platform, we also had difficulty because we couldn't add participants. This added a lot of lead time and work for the WeSpire team handling our requests. What problems is WeSpire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through WeSpire we are inspiring the entire pet industry to make changes in their personal lives and businesses. We started in 2019 with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and hope to expand to climate in 2022. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WeSpire?

The most helpful part of the WeSpire platform is the layout. It's very intuitive and well organized for admin users and employee users. I like that it offers so much pre-made programming and ideations. I can spend as much or as little time on the platform, being that it comes with so many offerings already ready. I think the WeSpire team is wonderful to work with - very responsive, kind, and accommodating. They have listened to my suggestions on potential new features and always kept me in the loop as they continue to grow their products. I also like how linkable everything can be on one platform, from DEI to Environment to Volunteerism. It makes it convenient as my company grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WeSpire?

Something I think that would improve the platform is the ability to chat with other users freely. Users can comment and like each other's posts, but I think installing a messenger feature would allow even more connections to happen. WeSpire is committed to providing its services in a way that works for your company's needs. I have found them to be quite flexible when I described what I was looking for with my company specifically. They are lovely to work with and have always been available when I need them. What problems is WeSpire solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company struggled with connecting employees across all of our locations, and launching WeSpire has closed that large gap for us. Now any employee can participate in any group they feel aligned with, regardless of their location. Another benefit we have noticed is the added leadership to our chairs and co-chairs. They have access to post communications and campaigns, and I think that it gives them more freedom over their chapters. Another problem WeSpire is solving for my company is the organization factor - all chapters exist together in an easy-to-find and use format for our employees. What do you like best about WeSpire?

The ranking by region or department by tracking points is the best feature. Links with suggestions to volunteer sites are helpful. The ability to create events is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WeSpire?

I can't figure out how to integrate or add-in Wespire to existing platforms like Google or Microsoft suites. It can feel tedious and confusing for colleagues who accept a calendar invite, need to sign into wespire for the event, and sometimes have to sign up on another third party site depending on the organization. I wish there were an easier way to export the volunteer list to a CSV, XLSX, or even word file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WeSpire?

One of the most limiting factors is our budget and lack of resources to explore more modules and have other "admins" manage content on the platform. I would like for users to see who is signed up for a specific event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WeSpire?

As someone responsible for reporting on social activities, Wespire provides great content and a good reporting structure. I like that so much of the campaigns are built into the platform and it requires little planning outside of our yearly initiatives that are very cusomized. What do you dislike about WeSpire?

It's hard to get other stakeholders aligned with using the platform. They favor the old method of sending emails and it's been very difficult to convince them otherwise. I can see their point, though - Wespire is an extra step for both them and employees. Not sure that people are wanting another platform after being 100% virtual for so long. Also, outside of returning to the platform, I'm not sure how to tell if employees are engaged. I wish the platform was a bit more fun and dynamic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WeSpire?

What do you like best about WeSpire?

This company has truly given my coworkers and myself a way to connect by making us more aware of each others feelings and has given us a way to make connections that we would normally not talk about with coworkers. It is almost like team building without leaving the building! We look forward to continuing to use the product to ensure the positive vibes it has brought to our work environment without looking at how the negatives effect us in the long term we choose to look forward with this program. All of the employees have noticed a positive change with one another and within themselves. THerefore it is a valuable tool in creating an effective work environment for ourselves and the people we serve with our products that we create and hope to positively impact others!
