Its multiple features helped our team to organize our workplace activities better and I want to specifically mention the task management system with its well-structured details. I think the downside of this tool, based on my experience, is sometimes the new/latest version they released is not compatible with other user's PC/laptops, which tend us to use the older version of the tracker.

It is very friendly from the start and very easy to configure because it gives us the possibility of being able to follow up on several projects at the same time in a single environment and at the same time the corresponding tasks can be assigned. Its execution consumes relatively few resources. One of my favorite features is that you can invite clients and track time for their projects.

It increases trust between you and your client. It is especially important if you're getting paid by the hour.
