Wish the FAQ/Help section was a little more comprehensive for users who aren't too tech-savvy to get them registered, but it's not a dealbreaker; is easily resolved by just simply navigating the set-up process with a worker in person, over the phone, on Zoom, etc to guide them through the brief process and to make sure everything is correctly set up. The most helpful about using time tracker is that if you close the browser tab by accident, it doesn't stop tracking your time, if you forget to clock out or stop the time tracker, it sends you an email warning you that you forgot it. Feels it requires you stay active on the computer otherwise it won't count your time as productive and effective to some extend seems like their team is working towards adding productive websites and apps related to the job titles to make it better as I realized new secrions in the Monitoring section of the tracker.

As a developer, I work with different clients on a daily basis with this platform, it has several features that help me track my work and payment that the project owner will process. I have also integrated Jira which helped me manage my tasks and know how much time I spent on them, making me realize my schedule and accommodate different clients.
