While Webvisio offers numerous benefits, there are a few areas that could be improved. One noticeable aspect is the lack of built-in advanced automation features such si notitificatoins on WhatsApp and SMS Via Twilio for Exaample to streamline the even triggers between team members on certain projects. It would be beneficial to have more workflow automation options to further streamline our processes. Additionally, while the free version is great, some of the more advanced features are only available in the paid plans, which might limit smaller teams with budget constraints, but I understand this pricing model in SaaS companies since they all need to sustain while they are offering advanced solutions to their customers.

Overall, Webvisio has significantly improved our team's collaboration and project management capabilities.
