You can access it on any computer that has internet so you are able to check your schedule and work from home if you need to. Between the two clinics we have, the patients are not shared automatically and you have to go in and manually add both clinics to the patient. It has caused problems before where we search for a patient at one clinic and they don't show up until you search the other clinics base.
