The least helpful thing about WebPT is when you are trying to go from billing to EMR and get the spinning wheel of death. It's horrible and takes forever for the tab to finally processes through.

I didn' find any big issues apart from some like it has some glitches in EBV part and sometimes I faced issue while deleting notes. But in my opinion all this problem could be overcome if this software gets an update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being in a cloud I can see medical information from my patients anywhere in the world, I can move to their homes and have their medical history at the moment, the data transfer rate is excellent. I can't have a local database which forces me to have access to the internet at all times, which makes it difficult for me to have the medical records of my patients in distant locations, another weakness of the software in the complex graphical interface, which is sometimes difficult to understand and manipulate, especially at the beginning of learning the use of the application.
