Webex Pros and Cons

We use Webex in our organization to communicate with our peers. It helps us organize and create tasks and be able to connect with one another at ease. The app has a great easy interface and allows you to have a flow of communication within your company . You can share files, messages and even search back in history of the chat by using keywords. I notice Webex can help you communicate better within your team at work and allows you to be more transparent. There wasn't much downside of using Webex , the only thing is if you're using Webex and want to have the communication on other devices you must install the app on each device as this is not cloud based. The main thing i like most is that it can integrate with other tools which increases its overall efficiency. It is easy to use though it take time to learn due to vast features. it is highly scalable and customers can scale as per their need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As i use this product on daily basis, the main i faced in using this that its interface is quite complex for the first time due its vast features. Though it states its wide integration capabilities with other applications however its integration with other applications can only be scaled to which the application can support. I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention. Having used similar products in the past, I would say the number one feature that stands out with Webex is how responsive their team is to questions. I wish there was an easier way to see all your attendees. I would like to see more ways to sort all the information. I also would love if you could left click on an attendee name and open it in a new tab. ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. For me Webex Suite stands out for its simplicity, I enjoy the screen sharing functionality, the security features that bolster privacy and data management, the easy to navigate interface, and the audio and video quality that make meetings and video conferences really nice. It offers variety of interactive features like polls, Q&A sessions, chat, emoji reactions, screen sharing That enhance engagement with participants.

The integration with CRM and marketing automation systems have a lot of unnecessary steps which makes it difficult.

There are some limitations in its frequency of use such as audio or video issues, poor connection or platform glitches disrupt the flow of the webinar. Customers who are non tech-savvy have difficulty navigating the platform.

The main thing I don't like about WebEx is when they push out MAJOR updates to the GUI and don't give you a heads-up! I've been using their software for over 10 years now and still to do this day I can't share my screen and get rid of all toolbars and icons from the screen. Meaning the 2nd monitor (which is a projector in our main conference room) that I'm sharing in the meeting with our slide show always has a toolbar or icon in a way that I can't get rid of!!! With the WebEx app I'm able to take my meetings on the go with me. So then I don't have to have access to a computer I literally have the app on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
