What do you like best about Walnut?

Thoroughly impressed with Walnut, it allows our company to easily showcase our SaaS product. The ability to customise any text field or image is a great advantage. Applicable for many use-cases - we're currently using it for marketing, pre-sales, post-sales, and internal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Nothing to dislike. One thing to note is although it is user-friendly, there is a bit of a learning curve - but its only a short curve, and the Customer Success Team and Support Team are incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Sometimes capturing exactly what you want can be tricky, but the product has progressed so much over the last couple of years I've been a user it's a night and day difference now in usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Walnut?

We offer a lot of customization in our software solution so being able to build custom demos has been a huge value add. Historically we could only demo our internal account and we knew we needed a way to show different tech stacks, small and large sized organizations, unique roles, etc. Walnut has made that really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

The process of creating and editing base templates can be tedious because our software has a lot of data points and reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Walnut?

I use Walnut almost every day for work. I make, update, and change Walnuts daily with ease and with zero stress. The platform is amazing for creating demos for fellow teammates and customers - showing off our new products/features, guiding new customers through the platform, and teaching employees about internal features. We see great usage between employees and customers! Everyone is such a fan. I love the updates and new features Walnut announces and I'm always so excited to implement them into my usage. Support and my go-to contact are the best and always go above and beyond whenever I run into something. I highly recommend Walnut - it's great for support, customers, and internal training!
