As someone who’s always been passionate about storytelling, finding the right tool to bring our ideas to life for me is the entry of Vyond. This platform quickly became my go-to for creating dynamic, action-packed videos. From the moment I started using it, I knew I’d found something special.

One of the first things that drew me to Vyond was its intuitive interface. Whether you’re a seasoned animator or a complete novice, Vyond makes video creation accessible. The drag-and-drop functionality, combined with a vast library of characters, props, and backgrounds, means you can create professional-looking videos without extensive technical knowledge. I love how easy it is to experiment with different elements, ensuring each video feels unique and tailored to my vision.

The level of customization available in Vyond is another reason I’m such a fan. The platform offers a wide range of easily customized characters to fit any scenario. Whether creating a corporate training video or a fun animated story, I can adjust the characters’ appearance, outfits, and actions to suit the narrative perfectly. The ability to animate characters with just a few clicks—making them walk, run, jump, or even perform more complex actions—adds a layer of dynamism to my videos that’s hard to achieve with other tools. When asked about what I dislike about Vyond, it's honestly tough to find any real negatives. Instead of pointing out dislikes, I’d like to suggest improvement. It would be fantastic to see an expansion in various backgrounds available, especially those related to specific themes like farmers, castles, and settings with different timings or lighting conditions. This addition would open up even more creative possibilities and make the platform more versatile.

Amonst other things, I create eLearning courses. To keep the learners attention, I embed numerous short videos in my courses. Before I started using Vyond, I'd write a script, record the voice-over, generate the video content (typically using PPT), sync the voice with the chopped up video, add annotations and transitions, and then render the result. Now all I do is cut and paste the script into Vyond and press the generate video, perform some touch-up editing, and voila!!! It takes about 10% of the the time relative to the old way. And the results get the job done. The other two things I really like about Vyond is (1) the regular updates and guidance provided by the Vyond support team and (2) the frequent enhancements made by Vyond, some of them from requests that I have made. I put a request in for an option to have Vyond use the exact script I cut and paste when using AI to generate the video. My understanding is that Vyond is adding that feature in the next update one month from now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been a Vyond user off & on for almost 5 years. Every time I login to work on a new project, I'll find all sorts of great resources, tips, and tools right at my fingertips. I especially like the notifications of new/improved features being constantly released. Our team members LOVE the animated learining experiences created using Vyond. I especially love the robust library of assets (visual and audio), and particularly like the text-to-speech feature to quickly & easily add narrations and that give a voice to our characters! I'm having a hard time finding something I dislike about Vyond. Whenever I have questions about the tool's capabilities, I'm always encouraged to reach out to our team's dedicated support tech. Vyond is great at producing very quick, ai-assisted cartoon or whiteboard videos. Inexperienced users will find that they can create, edit, and customize videos quickly and effectively. Vyond's timeline, transitions, and other video editing features are extremely limited and there is no way to expand some of these features by adding plug-ins. So a simple zoom from establishment shot to closeup becomes either impossible or very clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search feature for actions for your characters can be a bit overwhelming sometimes with the sheer quantity of actions it pulls up. Also, some of the newer actions seem a bit exaggerated, so there's some filtering through you have to do to find what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the mixture of options and the ease of use and along with the ability to integrate so many different things together. They really provide excellent customer support in making sure you know how to use their product making the implimentation easy no matter what you are using it for. I am still a new user thats just begining to use it for special projects so there is still much for me to learn... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

However the one frustration I have found with it is the lack of self creativity edit and build. Yes, you can remove shapes you can add shapes you can change the colors and switch standing direction from on direction to the other but there is no 360 rotation, there just isn't a lot of self edit build design implementation options you have to use different softwear to create like a whiteboard scene to match what you are trying to achive, it would just be nice to have a little more free hand edit options for expression purposes. It is easy to learn. It has a loot "out of the box" templates therefore it is a usefull tool. Specially in our case (we produce in 3 Languages) it is very easy to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

for what is used it until now, i didn't miss anything. i don't have any dislikes. One thing could be more user friendly. But it probably, i don't know it better. I produce content in 3 Languages. I first finished in one language and copyied it in the other languages. That is the only thing in my opinion, i wished the tool was designed for the use of different languages.
