The absolute best part of the program is how cost effectively it allows me to create original content for my clients. I don't believe there is a better solution for quality animated/graphic video creation without hiring a production company (and paying for it!) GoAnimate is intuitive and I have had many colleagues try to use it and pick it up in no time. At the same time, the end result is a truly professional looking product. **What do you dislike about Vyond?** Currently, there is nothing to dislike. Over the past 4 years, I have seen vast improvement with the technology and user interface. **Recommendations to others considering Vyond:** GoAnimate may be more complex than some other video animation websites but this in turn allows the user to produce much nicer content. If you are considering GoAnimate, do know that your own capabilities when it comes to script writing, story telling, and voiceover/music are going to make a big difference in your end result. The amounts of assets and tools that are offered within this software alone set you up for success, but if there is something that you need in your video you can easily add it to your own private library. **What problems is Vyond solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helped introduce new technology training, share information in board meetings and as a tool for students to create their own projects. Our IT department used this as one of the facets of our new employee training as well as a way to teach students how to care for their laptops. Once you are signed up to a $39/month plan you quickly realize that this is completely useless, as they put their company logo on your video. You are FORCED TO UPGRADE to more than double $89/month. This makes you feel like you have just fallen prey to the worst scheme ever. They should be warning people VERY LOUD AND CLEAR as I would never expect to have any marketing logo on my videos once I'm paying for a plan, no matter how it is priced. It's a good platform otherwise, but this has sent us off to a bad start. If your video is more than 1 minute long this platform gets EXTREMELY slow and freezes up often, even with the best of computers (I have a Mac with 16GB RAM, same issues at work windows 10 PC). I cancelled and I'm looking for an offline/download solution for my videos. **Recommendations to others considering Vyond:** if you are serious about making videos efficiently this is not the right solution for you, unless you are very patient and have a lot of time. And it´s really outstanding that you can also add bits of music by only clicking the upper panel of the software. To my mind, Go Animate is a really complete and affordable tool, that you can´t miss if you need to create presentations for school or work consistently. **What do you dislike about Vyond?** As with other similar software (like Powtoon) characters are a bit simplistic. It would be great that Go Animate went the extra mile and turned this software into a more complex animation tool, but that might be outside the scope of Go Animate´s mission and vision. It also drives me nuts that when you set up a motion path for one prop, you can't view it unless you click on the prop. Learning how to use the software is a snap, although you should be careful - it's very addicting and you could find yourself spending hours of playing around instead of getting other work done. **What do you dislike about Vyond?** Once you have created your animation with the software, it can be a little tricky working with the download interface to get your video into a format you can load on a SharePoint site or other method of display. This is definitively a significant cost for a small company, if we needed to create multiple short animated videos for our business. Video can demonstrate products and services and explain concepts. Some concepts can sometimes be boring and they need to be explained; if we want to hold the interest of the employees or customers, the video is the better choice. We also develop eLearning modules and they include a mix of lessons, interactions and videos. We include short animated videos or whiteboards in eLearning modules developed with the authoring tool iSpring Suite. These videos are a way to offer more engaging courses and to maintain the learners interest and to improve the user experience.
