Vyond is a wonderful tool to create engaging and informative e-Learning. Instead of using PowerPoint or PDFs to explain or deliver content, Vyond makes the content come alive. Using Vyond is easy, intuitive and fun for the designer. The choices of scenes, characters, transitions, and audio are immense and fun to explore. Being able to download as an MP4 or share via link is very helpful. I use Vyond as a standalone method of instruction and as a part of a bigger course. It's very versatile in how you can integrate it in your learning experiences. Vyond is always updating and enhancing their product. My learners love when they get to watch a Vyond to learn something! It can be time consuming depending on the experience you are creating. A few changes to a script can create some issues with timing and scene transitions but nothing too unmanageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the standout features of Vyond is how user-friendly the program is. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy for users, even those with no prior animation experience, to create professional-looking videos. The platform offers a wide range of templates and characters, it has significantly reduced the time required to produce high-quality training materials.

The customer support is really great! When I reached out to the team they were able to immediately address my questions, acccess the project I was working on and make recommendations.

I've also found that the Vyond is easy to integrate into the programs I use to build trainings. For example, adding a video to Articulate is really easy.

There are a few things, the ability to edit the action moves of a character is a big one. While there are a variety of action moves, if I need to make changes to those moves there isn't a way to make those changes that I was able to find.

The inability to change a lot of the voices (tempo, tone, etc.). While I have the enterprise level access which provides the ability to make changes, a lot of the voices I would like to use (due to the more realistic sound) does not allow for editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Vyond is that creating videos is seamless and accessible. You don't need to have any experience. I can create engaging videos in a short amount of time.

We used to outsource our videos at a high cost and now I can create them myself.

I started developing e-learning 7 years ago and have been using Vyond the entire time. Vyond has amazing webinars to teach you how to use their products. It's the most user-friendly program I've used - as easy as Articulate Rise. The Vyond team is so quick getting back to you if you have any questions - within minutes. I love the Vyond plus Storyline webinars to teach you how to use Vyond in your Storyline projects. I've made a lot of courses, but the most interactive/engaging courses have always had an element of Vyond in it. People remember stories, and nothing brings a story to life like Vyond! There are so many elements to customize your characters to make them look exactly like people in real life (like a CEO). The new features built in with the Wellsaid voices take it to another level. Previously Vyond cartoons would take a while to produce because recording audio with coworkers was tedious, but with the high quality AI voices, you'd never know it wasn't a recording! I like to add in company posters and specific city skylines into the backgrounds/windows of my cartoons. Those additions and customizations take Vyond cartoons to another level. My previous dislike has been rectified with the new shared spaces Vyond has created for Teams to make it easier to have consistent colours/fonts/characters/voices throughout the videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The advances made to Voiceover and Text-to-Speech is amazing! with a host of langauges and accents to chose from.

I also like that Vyond supports various animation styles (like whiteboard and contemporary), allowing users to choose the look that fits their brand.

I would love a feature that allows customisable mouth features. I recently required a talking dog. I created the character and cropped down a Vyond character to just the mouth but I could not find a match for a dog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vyond is a very intuitive tool that is easy to learn. With just a small amount of direction, you can create rich video content to help your users understand and visualize the information you are trying to teach. It has been particularly helpful for the training content I’ve created for users learning about concepts and tools. Vyond also provides many on-demand training videos to help you make your videos look more professional. They even have a great support staff available for live chat if you get stuck. There are only two issues I have, and they're small ones.

1) Sometimes the voiceover struggles with acronyms (e.g. AWS or similar), and will pronounce the same acronym differently even in the same paragraph! it would be great to have a way to set a way of saying an acronym so that the character said it the same way every time.

Custome Support is top notch! Since this new platform had a steep learning curve for us as a team, one to one on demand sessions and ability to help in ongoing projects is beyond imagination. Vyond comes with an ease of use with most of the functions as self explanatory. We did a in depth analysis of all available tools using Trial period and Vyond is on the top of the list by comparing all Pros and Cons. I would call out the AI functionality needs some improvements. We were trying to upload a transcript and results were unrelated. The auto video creation needs some enhancements for users so that they can videos can be auto created seamlessly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the way you can customize characters, objects, and scenes. I often use this to reflect our brand colors throughout the video. I also love how user-friendly it is. I was able to learn quickly without being frustrated. The versatility of the styles, and even what you can do within each style, makes it easy to create customized learning videos.
