Requestors across the country have local catalogs that only they can see and national punch out catalogs for the entire team. Users in Florida dont have to sift through catalogs that dont pertain to them. This really speeds up the ordering process.

The three-way match of invoices, good receipts, and PO is really nice after previously using a system where this wasn't automatic. The ability to code the items in our catalogs to their appropriate accouting coding is great to reduce incorrect coding or additional work on the accounting team to fix when it comes into the acocunting system. I enjoy the ability to set up different exception handling options based on percentage or dollar value for when the invoices are received. It is very easy to get into the tool each day and see what the status of invoices are and assign them to the teams to resolve and process invoices for posting. The reporting is a bit confusing. The software uses a status of "exception", but the reporting uses the status of "reconciliation". It doesn't make sense that there would be a difference between the two. Most of the issues we have run into post-go live we didn't run into when testing pre-go live. I wish there had been additional tests that mirrored go live using the vendors rather than manual invoices pushed through for testing. Additionally, I would've liked more support post-go live with the post-implementation team. While I have found the hypercare team to be helpful, the additional things we've identified post-go live could've been resolved pre-go live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The post-go-live support helpful, but it would be even more beneficial if the original project manager could continue supporting you for a longer period. Since they have a deep understanding of the infrastructure and the specific needs of your project, their continued involvement would ensure a smoother transition and more effective problem-solving. We have been working to get Vroozi going for about 4 months now, and I am truly impressed. From day one we felt supported, heard and all of our questions were answered. The implementation team, specifically Saad and his team, have been very helpful, going above and beyond (we are past our implementation time period and he is still helping us daily) to make sure that we have a great experience from and admin to end user perspective.
We are only a few weeks into the live version of Vroozi, so my biggest complement is ease of use for our end users. The training that was provided for us has made a big difference, and most of our end users have picked up the software very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementation was a long process, specifically when it comes to adding our outside vendors.
I think allowing the searches to flow alphabetically would increase ease of use.

I like the ability to Manage the PO process with my back up having access to my PO's for receipts and amendments. I like the ability to Manage the GL codes to accurately ensure expense under correct accounting codes. Recently we were shown how to attach a copy of the invoice to the receipt. this will start to save more emails and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The accounting team will send me emails for PO's I have not even received yet. This can spam un needed emails to address. For us the recieving is something we've been looking for us that was something that was inportant as we looked for procurment software to help scale our business. We ike the punchout feature for some of our vendors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems like there are some cumbersome ways to close out some items like disputes, but we are also still learning. We also wish there was a way to have a user that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best quality vroozi has is the catalog punchout system. They're numerous catalogs that we use as a company so it's convinent to have a place where we can easily have access to our supplier vendors. Our system is also connected to our vendors so not only are they familar with our system we can communicate effeciently because of this. we have been using VROOZI for procurement for a few years. The platform is very intuitive and allows for fluid management of the purchase process, from the first request to the creation of the order. At the moment the platform is not integrated with a signature system, therefore the order, once generated, is sent to the signature later. VROOZI allows us to manage invoices linked to orders in a simple and immediate way. We have significantly improved the times for managing the various processes.
