
Implementation for sending and receiving calls in a very practical and simple way, providing better technical support to the customer. Basically, I use it daily in my work, which offers us a very easy integration into our day-to-day activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main disadvantage we experienced was the emergence of problems when using chat automation with customers. This caused difficulties in technical support, as we could not contact them directly and were forced to make phone calls. Additionally, the use of the bot turned out to be somewhat limited.
