What do you like best about Voximplant?

Implementation for sending and receiving calls in a very practical and simple way, providing better technical support to the customer. Basically, I use it daily in my work, which offers us a very easy integration into our day-to-day activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voximplant?

The main disadvantage we experienced was the emergence of problems when using chat automation with customers. This caused difficulties in technical support, as we could not contact them directly and were forced to make phone calls. Additionally, the use of the bot turned out to be somewhat limited. What do you like best about Voximplant?

It does not require advanced configurations to use it; simply log in to the website or application, sign in with your Google account, and get to work. It is very easy to use and also flexible in integrating real-time communications.
