You have a great product,I like the nice integration that it has with Laravel. I've used other solutions like Plivo but this, in my opinion, has a far better quality product. Also, the documentation is very good and very easy to use. Another thing that I like is the size of the community around your product. If you need help there are a ton of resources to look up with, and if not, you could always post a question in StackOverflow and get a proper response from developers already familiar with the service. This is really great. A great product needs to have a great community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You offer greate services, but there are only avaliable in some countries. If I need to make an advise, I'd say provide more API coverage for foreign countries like Peru. Also, we'd like to have a better pricing and a low entry barrier for stutends to start playing with the products to ease the transition to your platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The administrative interface is the best. I also use nexvortex and infobip. You guys did a great job with the interface. It is intuitive and the icons are cute. It looks good and functioning at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things:
1) It is very difficult to search for phone number to buy. If users want to browse available phone numbers, they have to go 1 page at a time. When there is 800 pages, it takes a long time to browse. Give us a way to jump to page number.
2) I wish you guys have phone number I can purchase in Colombia, Bolivia and many other South America countries. I like you guys so much that I wish you are available in other countries. I open an account with infobip because you are not in that space.
3) I wish you can give me a way to send you two difference audio and you can splice them together before streaming it to the end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our residents have SMS texts sent to alert them that visitors have checked in. Nexmo makes it easy and affordable. We started with another company but found Nexmo to be more competitive for our needs and costs. We have recommended it to others that are also satisfied. Want to look into whether or not we can schedule blast texting within your online portal. If we can, we will be able to reach so many more people than we have ever before. Wish we could buy in bulk to avoid the more frequent billings. There is a small Foreign Transaction fee but that is something we can change by using a different credit card to pay the services. Perhaps a bulk purchase with a company check could help us even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The basic features of their services do work - users are able to create their own apps and use Nexmo's services rather easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nexmo's so called 24/7 support is really bad. If you end up in a tight spot and need support during the weekends, you are really between a rock and a hard place. Our campaign halted for 3 hours during the most important day because Nexmo had put some restrictions to our account.
Nexmo is also becoming quite expensive to use. During our use of Nexmo the costs for making calls doubled.
Also, Nexmo has promised to get for example a quick and easy way to make our own "voice mail recordings" but at least in Finland you still have to use a TTS-announcement - which btw is not too good in Finnish. We also did not get a mobile number (we had to stick with a landline number) so we were not able to register that number and people we were calling were not able see who is trying to call them. The SMS service is by far the easiest to use, simple API tools available, and priced very reasonably.
Documentation is complete, and they provide (nearly) everything you need to be fully self-managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently, they've announced they will be charging to receive messages, not just renting virtual phone numbers and sending messages. To me that seems like double-dipping. The built in dashboard doesn't expose all the features the API allows, so you have to write your own for full access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easier to use APIs with Shortnames. Transaction logs to track the success rate and failure rates. Data export available for all the delivered messages and transaction logs. Intuitive interface and comprehensive documentation in multiple languages. Comprehensive code samples are available in multiple languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some dashboards and reports could be improved. Additional dashboards should be included for additional information like distribution of message by telco vendors, invalid numbers, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the sleek, easy toned theme of the software, along with the simplistic home screen and displayed metrics that appears upon login. The landing page is not overly clustered, which is one pet peeve of mine when it comes to displaying navigation bars and customizable metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As far as I have seen, I have no dislikes to the software as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We enjoy the APIs for sending SMS, tracking messages status and managing our numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since we have to order in bulk and Nexmo needs to perform the order for us,I dislike that the numbers cannot be pre-configured with features such as callback type / number and webhook address.
Additionally Nexmo support is often slow to respond to issues and questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It just works. Implementation was relatively easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Definitely billing & payments. We can only pay 100 euros at a time, which in some short periods of the year is very low compared to our consumption, leading to multiple automatic reloads per day. This leads to dozens of 100-euro invoices, which only become available after quite some time, and which you cannot download, they can only be e-mailed to you. Impossible to know which ones you already have or not. Extremely unpractical for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nexmo has a great SDK that is easy to add to any project. If you need to quickly add SMS messaging to any site then nexmo is the ticket. I really like the price. For SMS messages they really do have the best deal out there. I liked how easy it was to get the first virtual number and then add more as we need them It's a super simple service. BIG DISLIKE, they only have email support. If you have a problem or something that is mission-critical then you will be stuck waiting for emails. I would like to see phone support or at the very least chat support. Also, they are great until you have a problem. They do have enterprise support and maybe then you would get phone support. I would say support is not very startup or indie developer friendly. In the last few days, I have been working on a new project. I paid money for the nexmo service and they suspended my account I am working with them to get it restored. They said if might be a bug in their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
