What do you like best about Vonage Communications APIs?

Nexmo is exceptionally easy to use - we were able to integrate the service with our backend and get started within minutes of signing up. Reliability is also excellent, and the pricing is very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?

Only minor complaint is that there doesn't seem to be a way to have PDF invoices automatically mailed to you when a payment is made - they are only available by logging in to their website and manually downloading them. Invoices are also only available 72 hours after a payment is made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vonage Communications APIs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Nexmo to send SMS alerts to users when our IoT sesnor networks detect unusual situations requiring attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vonage Communications APIs?

It is really easy to integrate Ruby on Rails application to Nexmo SMS API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?

Receipts for sent messages don't always end up to the webhook, i.e. our application doesn't always receive information that SMS message has been received by the person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
