I write this review while I'm waiting on the latest response from Andy Li, in a 6-hour-long nexmo support email thread. I just want to give them money (they only allow you to add money in 10-euro increments -- you have to email support to change that amount, or to set up automatic payments). They apparently require you to answer several questions about who you are and what you plan to use nexmo for, before they remove payment restrictions. At no point during their onboarding documentation do they say you'll be held up for hours waiting on permission to give them money easily.
This is ridiculous -- I don't know of any competitor who puts this kind of friction in front of you giving them your money:

I like the functions of being able to screen share when I am dialing a colleague, I do like the smooth feature of the online video conferencing how it allows out to 99 users at a time for huge companies that has meetings. The auto correct for example is another I find handy especially when sending a quick message I noticed that that system automatically corrects it and sends the message anyways. When it comes to calling the other party is clear and can understand me no static or voice delays which I find to be be really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that the colors are limited I do wish there was more fun themes to change the colors when using the system. When it does come to 3 way calls there may be a sudden error where the connection can drop when adding the 3 participant into call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally like the ease of use. The interface is really up to date and intuitive, therefore the set up process was fast and easy, even the first time. We never used customer support, but seems easy to contact and ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I personally do not understand why the SMS API cost per message is higher compared to the Messages API. We need to use SMS mostly because not all of our customers use Whatsapp (US customers), therefore we like to keep it simple with just SMS. -The fact that they are not afraid to change and move away from there old self to shine even more amongst their competition.
-the customer support from what i have heard has been amazing and quick,
-it being easily implemented and used among any age groups
-it has the potential to be frequently used

its not what i dislike but i would like them to have a couple of things that will make them stand out from the competetion :
-ease of integeration onto older systems as so many call centers espeacially still use old laptops and pc's for their CSR's
