We were looking for a central solution to support the spends on behalf of our customers and volpay has provided the individual cards to transact which are easy to track as well. While Volopay has been a great platform overall, one area for improvement could be the user interface, which can feel a bit complex at times. Navigating through certain features could be more intuitive. That said, the support from the Volopay team, especially from Divyani Paliwal, has been exceptional, and they've always been quick to assist and address any issues. Volopay allowed us to Manage and Set proper money-spending rules for our employees. Their Physical cards cards are topnotch, fees are minimum. Virtual cards have 0% fees, no matter how often you use them. Cards can be used almost everywhere. We have found their customer service is excellent. It's extremely easy to use.
