The internal slide editor is not robust enough which was explained as a design decision to limit creativity in order to standardize styling for customers who want that. This takes away from customers who wish to have more creative tools at their disposal and are less concerned about standardized styling. 1. The customer service at VKS is, without a doubt, the best I have ever had experience with. They are always quick to respond, answer questions, provide support, etc.

This is very simple and easy to use application for create/edit etc. step by step Work Instructions. Paperless form of work instructions. Also VKS Lite support different types of multimedia such as images, videos, PDF'', gif etc. It can be used on mobile phone, tablet or laptop to see the created Word Instructions.
Another nice feature; two levels of Work Instructions can be created. For experienced technician just critical steps or all full steps if need. This feature is accelerating the process.
