What do you like best about Vizury?

The best thing of the platform is to send notifications about ANYTHING you want, be it bringing dropped users, sending them coupon codes, reminding them of reordering and what not. Also, the pricing is something that suits companies of any scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vizury?

The user interface makes it easy to create new campaigns and monitor activity. The integration was also fairly simple and the ability to integrate with a feed really makes it a great product. I haven't used some of the other features, but simply having access to some email notifications, facebook notification, etc. looks like it will really prove useful in the future. I also like the ability to put in additional images and our logo for brand awareness and to improve our Click thru rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vizury?

There isn't a way to bulk upload changes or audiences, which would save a lot of time. Also, when creating a browser notification, if you need to edit it or make a change, you have to recreate the entire notification rather than just editing the one that was already created. The functionality on Mac computers is much more less effective than on Chrome/Window computers. I don't think that is the fault of Vizury, but our Mac users have not been as high of converters as our Chrome/Windows users. It would be nice to either have GIF images allowed or videos so as to draw more attention to the notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have captured a lot of abandoned cart customers by having a browser notification appear within an hour of them leaving the site. Several of those customers end up converting. What do you like best about Vizury?

The customer service Vizury offers has blown away all of my expectations. Having constant contact with them, sharing in their knowledge and case studies, bi-weekly meetings, and their quick responses have all aided in driving our KPIs forward not only with our Browser Push Notification program, but for our business in general. What do you dislike about Vizury?

There are a few limitations to the format of the pushes, however, upon expressing my hopes and needs they have been extremely accomidating and even excited about expanding their program and layouts to include those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vizury?

The most helpful feature that Vizury offers for our retail company is browser push notifications that allow us to reach the customers who might not necessarily be reached otherwise through marketing emails, social ads, PPC, etc. Browser notifications bring a significant amount of traffic to the site, and can be set and launched by our in-house team in minutes. What do you like best about Vizury?

The ease, the scheduling feature, the reporting & the custom filters are probably the best. I wish that other browsers apart from Chrome also allow push notifications so that we could make full use of the Dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
