What is VirtualLogger?

VirtualLogger LLC provides call recording, quality monitoring, post-call surveys, speech analytics and transcriptions, CRM integrations and e-coaching technology to contact centers on a hosted basis. Our "pay as you go" approach is designed to dramatically reduce the cash investment required for recording and QA systems and related technology. In addition, because we maintain the database and application software from our central operation center, clients can access their recordings, call evaluations, coaching content and other data from anywhere.

Some team members dislike the idea that their screens are recorded, but for a manager it makes life much easier to resolve any issues that may have arisen during the call. Also better customer service would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How quickly they got into contact with us once ewe showed we were interested in what they had to offer. set up was a breeze and they tailored to our every need and made it very personable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VirtualLogger?

Once we had launched, they were a little hit and miss on getting back with us or fixing or answering any questions bringing me to fix things a lot on my own but it was easy enough for me to fix thank goodness Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

beware of customer service after initial setup and with that ask more questions while setup is in play. even ones you think you may know or wont need to know Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VirtualLogger solving and how is that benefiting you?

when a customer calls, they can get the right extension the fist time everytime and there is no more shuffling customers, venders, employees to the right line anymore. Causing more ease and flow in the office and we aren't dropping calls anymore and getting to everyone in an extremely timely fashion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently upgraded our call center and worked with VirtualLogger to ensure system compatibility, to monitor and record calls, as well as recording the screen of the worker and archiving that information if an event needs to be reviewed.
