It automatically loads every few minutes so you know you are seeing your fresh tasks. **What do you dislike about VinSolutions Connect CRM?** Sometimes it will say an email is bad when it comes in if it is just yahoo or aol. If it can catch duplicate leads a bit better that would be amazing, yet it is still a great tool. **Recommendations to others considering VinSolutions Connect CRM:** They are constantly updating their product. They did respond to me when I mentioned that a night mode would really benefit their recent update. They have made most of their icons blue, against a white backdrop. It is pretty distracting and isn't the easiest on the eyes. I do like that they are keeping up with the times and their website reflects that. **What problems is VinSolutions Connect CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't think we are having a problem with Vinsolutions at this time. Finding your way around Vin was difficult for quite some time. It took me about 2 months before I finally learned everything about it. Im Not sure where to start besides the app on the phone is buggy and the website is worse. loading names is not great and it is always down when you need it. Ive had a little trouble trying to find a customer even after inputting the correct information. I prefer to do my own thing. I am very diligent in logging calls and texts, so it's very helpful to be able to go back and see what exactly I've said to a potential customer. I like that I receive an alert whenever my lead has been transferred to someone else if they come in on one of my days off so I still get half the deal. like that I receive an alert when a lead has opened or responded to an email. I like that I can send emails from within the program. We use it to log showroom visits and start credit apps, as well as some other steps in the process. It's very helpful. ### 26. There are several ways to search for customers and/or vehicles. You can send distribution emails and contact all of your customers at once. There has been many times that we can't do anything for 45 minutes to an hour due to the system not working. Just keep in mind that they do like to do their updates during business hours and that there are potential hours lost. Offers call tracking. Some good reports. Lots of customization for the sales processes. Hard to really accurately target your email campaigns without the add-on data mining upgrade. Integration when pushing information to CDK from desking can be frustrating (taxes, accessories, etc.) Pushes to Dealertrack when a Company or Co-buyer is on the deal is frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering VinSolutions Connect CRM:** When setting up Vin, be sure to work with the set-up team with all your desking add-on codes for your CRM so they accurately push. **What problems is VinSolutions Connect CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking customer contact from our sales department.
