Friendly and easy to navigate UI for users who haven't used a similar platform before. There were many integrations like Slack etc to ensure visibility and easy tech stack connection. In terms of support and onboarding, it was seamless and easy when you have a very good team from Vertice to work with especially from Zero to One. The platform’s UI/UX, the quality of the buyers, and the team really stand out. Vertice is customer-oriented and works based on feedback from customers. The workflows can be easily customized, which really helps me renew my SaaS contracts on time and anticipate what’s coming next.
