What do you like best about Vertice?

The Vertice team acts as an additional resource for our global procurement team, bringing expertise and benchmark data to support and enhance the capabilities of the existing team. Through reviewing our business's SaaS suppliers and contracts, we have been able to establish a pipeline for commercial review and negotiation, facilitating seamless integration into our business.

Through Vertice's structure and team, their simple implementation and introduction into our business have been seamless, enabling easy and frequent use to support our end-user customers. Product is very easy to use, but also very powerful. Data is extremely valuable - we are saving real $$'s

Onboarding and training has been straight forward, with even the casual users in the business finding it easy to use for what they need.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

What do you dislike about Vertice?

It would’ve been more valuable if vertice had insights into Indian vendors. Global vendors are good, but many of our providers are Indian companies.

What do you like best about Vertice?

Vertice acts like an extension of our procurement and IT team. They took ownership of our SaaS renewals, from analysis to vendor negotiations, and backed every recommendation with benchmark data. On key contracts like our construction management and HR systems, they secured double digit savings and, more importantly, better terms such as volume protections and the ability to reduce licenses mid term. Their team is structured, responsive and very comfortable dealing directly with vendors, which saved us a lot of internal time. The SaaS inventory and renewal calendar in their platform also gave us a much clearer view of our software stack and upcoming negotiations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

The value you get is closely tied to timing, so for products where we had already signed multi year deals there was little Vertice could change until the next renewal. Onboarding required a fair amount of work on our side to collect contracts and usage details before they could start negotiating. Their commercial model is based on a percentage of SaaS spend, which is reasonable given the savings but still a non trivial commitment that you need to justify internally. The platform is useful, but the interface could be a bit more intuitive in some areas, especially for quickly drilling into contract level details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Vertice has a professional and knowledgeable approach. They really know how to approach SaaS providers and what to use as leverage, which is backed by their understanding of benchmarking activities. What do you dislike about Vertice?
