## Vertice Reviews
 ### 1. Strategic Procurement-as-a-Service with Robust Workflows and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ani M. | Project coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

There are a few things I appreciate about Vertice:
- it is 'as a service' procurement team - smaller organisations don't need a full-fledged procurement team, and having a service like this is a great way to receive benefits of experience negotiatiors
- Vertice look at full picture and take overal company strategy, rather than only looking at individual contracts
- the workflow is customisable hence any information we need can be sistematically collected about any new contract / renewal, and approval flows are transparent and robust
- if the company imports all the contracts, the platform allows for the entire supplier stack to be in one place
- they have really good customer support

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Dta export can be cleaner in terms of ease of seeing all active contracts.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, they are negotiating better commercial and general terms for us that we would on our own. Secondly, but as importantly, they provide a robust and transparent workflow with all the internal approvals baked in.

 ### 2. No-brainer to work with Vertice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin D. | Head of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The time saved on negotiating renewals, procuring SaaS tools and agreements, and managing contracts has been tremendous. Moreover, Vertice has delivered significant cost savings over the years I’ve worked with them.

Additionally, communication with their team is smooth and frictionless, making them a real pleasure to work with.

The no-code setup for approval and review flows is another fantastic feature they have recently added.

With Vertice, we have gone from a wild-west approach to managing our SaaS contracts to being fully in control and compliant across the board.

Moreover, Vertice integrates well with other tools and systems like Slack and Jira for internal efficiency.

Their latest addition of AI legal and compliance reviews, including self-defined guardrails, is a huge step forward.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I have nothing that I dislike about Vertice - honestly.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time spent on negotiating and managing SaaS contracts. Moreover, we have accomplished full control over our SaaS contract landscape using Vertice.

 ### 3. Vertice Feels Like an Extension of Our Team for SaaS Negotiations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary N. | Contracts Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Partnering with Vertice has been a game-changer for our finance, legal, and procurement operations. As we manage a complex SaaS stack, Vertice has acted as a true extension of our team rather than just an external vendor. Their ability to handle the heavy lifting of contract negotiations—particularly for our spend over $15K—has freed up significant bandwidth for our internal team to focus on higher-level strategic initiatives. The insights they provide on pricing benchmarks are data-backed and incredibly persuasive, ensuring we are not just saving money, but signing fair, sustainable agreements.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The partnership is excellent, though it is worth noting that Vertice is highly focused on driving adoption of their internal platform. While the platform itself is robust, my preference as a Legal lead is to manage our relationship through our dedicated account rep via email and direct collaboration. I occasionally find the push toward the platform interface to be an extra step in a process where a quick email conversation is more efficient for my team's specific workflow. Its more about me not wanting to invest in an external tool, not a negative towards Vertice or their platform. We are working together with the Vertice Team to integrate Vertice with our FInance tool, Airbase. Once that is complete, the process will be seamless.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice has significantly streamlined our SaaS procurement lifecycle. Before working with them, managing renewals and new SaaS contracts was a time-consuming administrative burden. Vertice’s platform and their negotiation expertise have not only lowered our overall software spend, but they have also drastically reduced the time-to-signature for our contracts. Their team is communicative, proactive, and deeply knowledgeable about vendor leverage points. They have quickly become an essential partner in managing our IT spend with transparency and efficiency.

 ### 4. Vertice Streamlined SaaS Procurement and Delivered Major Savings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keeley P. | Senior Management Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice has played a huge role in helping us better manage procurement across our SaaS vendors and clean up our software stack over the past couple of years. The team is incredibly thorough and brings a high level of detail to every negotiation and renewal, which gives us valuable insights to share with senior leadership. Mandy, Bonny and Hannah have all been fantastic to work with, and we’ve built a really strong, collaborative relationship with the team.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

In terms of performance, the only feedback we’ve had is that the tool can feel a bit slow or laggy at times for some users, but overall it hasn’t been a major blocker.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice has helped solve what was previously a very manual and fragmented SaaS procurement process. We now have much better visibility over our software stack, renewal timelines, and vendor spend, allowing us to clean up duplication and take a more proactive approach to renewals. The UI/UX is great and easy to use across the team, which has helped drive adoption beyond just Finance. The Slack integration also makes day-to-day workflows so much smoother. The AI-powered benchmarking capabilities also look really promising. While I haven’t used them yet, I know they'll be extremely valuable for future renewals and new vendor decisions.

They also take on a lot of the heavy lifting in negotiations, saving our team time and ensuring we’re consistently achieving strong commercial outcomes. Since starting with Vertice in Sep-24, we’ve delivered ~$660k in savings (~21%), which has been a huge benefit to the business.

 ### 5. Saves Time and Strengthens Contract Negotiations with Expert Market Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wijasena S. | Finance Project officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Engaging this service restores the time your team would otherwise spend navigating contract negotiations, while the expertise and market data they bring ensures you are negotiating from a position of strength — and that you are not paying more than you should.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

That said, the platform itself can be somewhat unintuitive to navigate, particularly for new users. The interface requires a learning curve that is steeper than expected for a tool positioned at this level of the market. Certain workflows — such as tracking the status of active negotiations or locating historical contract data — are not always immediately obvious, and it can take time before users feel fully confident moving through the platform independently.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, it gives us back time. Contract negotiation is a time-intensive process that traditionally pulls key team members away from higher-value work. Vertice handles much of the heavy lifting — from benchmarking supplier pricing to managing negotiation timelines — freeing our team to focus on strategic priorities rather than getting bogged down in back-and-forth with vendors.

Second, it gives us confidence that we are getting commercially sound agreements. The market data and pricing intelligence Vertice brings to each negotiation means we are no longer relying solely on our own judgment when assessing whether a deal is fair. Their benchmarks ensure we are entering renewals and new contracts from an informed position, reducing the risk of overpaying or accepting unfavourable terms that we might otherwise have overlooked.

Third — and perhaps most valuably over the long term — Vertice brings genuine structure to our contract governance. Having a centralised view of our vendor agreements, renewal dates, and contractual obligations means nothing falls through the cracks. We are no longer scrambling to locate contracts or missing renewal windows that lock us into another year at unfavourable rates. The visibility it provides across our entire contract portfolio has made our procurement process significantly more disciplined and proactive.

 ### 6. Vertice x Tamara Partners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon Ray P. | IT Business Solutions Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

What I like best about Vertice is its ability to centralize and simplify SaaS management in one place. It gives us clear visibility into subscriptions, renewals, and overall spend, which significantly improves control and decision-making.

The platform stands out in how it structures procurement and renewal workflows, reducing manual effort and ensuring nothing is missed. Additionally, its cost optimization insights—such as identifying unused licenses and benchmarking pricing—directly help us reduce spend and negotiate better with vendors we previously have.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

At this stage, I don’t have any major concerns or specific dislikes about Vertice. The platform is meeting our current needs well, particularly in terms of visibility, procurement structure, and cost optimization.

That said, as we continue to scale and integrate more deeply with our internal systems, there may be opportunities to further enhance integration capabilities, reporting flexibility, and workflow customization. For now, however, the overall experience has been positive and aligned with our expectations.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is solving the problem of not having a single place to track all our SaaS tools, renewals, and spending.

Before, we had to manage everything manually, which made it easy to miss renewals, duplicate tools, or overspend. It also took time to handle vendor negotiations and procurement processes.

With Vertice, everything is centralized and structured, giving us clear visibility and better control. One of the biggest benefits is that they help manage negotiations with different vendors, which removes a lot of that effort from our daily tasks.

 ### 7. Clear SaaS Spend Visibility, Smooth Integrations, and Fast ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claiton R. | Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

How easy it is to get a clear view of our SaaS spend and manage procurement in one place. The interface is straightforward and doesn’t take long to get used to.

It integrates well with our existing tools and runs smoothly without issues. We’ve been able to save time on manual work and identify cost savings, so the ROI has been clear.

The onboarding was simple, and the support team has been responsive whenever needed. The insights and recommendations are also helpful for making better decisions around renewals and spend.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but there are a few areas that could be slightly improved. Some parts of the reporting could be clearer

Nothing major though, it’s more about small improvements than real issues.

That said, the team is always open to feedback and keeps improving the product, which makes a difference.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice helps us get better visibility and control over SaaS spend and procurement. Before, a lot of this work was manual and spread across different tools, which made it harder to track renewals and costs properly.

Now we have everything in one place, which saves time and makes it easier to spot savings opportunities and stay on top of renewals. It’s helped reduce admin work and made the whole process more structured and efficient.

 ### 8. Senior Legal Counsel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dushan B. | Senior Legal Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The platform gives clear visibility into spend, simplifies renewals, and helps uncover opportunities for optimization that would otherwise take hours of manual effort. I especially appreciate how user-friendly the interface is—it feels approachable without sacrificing the depth of insights. Vertice has made it easier to negotiate better contracts and ensure our organization is getting the most value from its software investments.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

One area Vertice could improve is by expanding the depth of analytics and benchmarking features.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is helping us solve the challenge of managing and optimizing SaaS and cloud spending, which can often be complex and time-consuming. Before, we lacked visibility into contract details, renewal timelines, and whether we were truly getting the best value from our vendors. With Vertice, we now have a centralized view of all spend, clear insights into usage, and expert support for negotiations. This has not only saved us money but also freed up our team’s time to focus on more strategic priorities instead of chasing down contracts or analyzing invoices manually.

 ### 9. Streamlined SaaS Renewals and Reduce SaaS spendings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan Z. | IT Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

What I like most about Vertice is that it brings all of our SaaS renewals, contract details, comments, and notes into one place. Its AI-assisted capabilities across our vendors and contracts have made the overall process much more streamlined, and we haven’t missed a renewal deadline since we started using it. The platform is easy to navigate, and the built-in workflows automate a lot of the coordination with very little effort on my part. System owners are notified directly and can also self-serve much of the information they need through the AI, which helps keep everything moving without constant manual follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Nothing much to add—I haven’t used a similar tool before, so I don’t have anything to compare it with.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice solves the challenge of managing SaaS renewals and negotiations, along with the benchmarking needed around pricing. From an IT budget perspective, it has saved the business a lot of money, as well as significant time and effort. Before using it, it was easy to lose visibility, rely on reminders outside the system, and risk missing key renewal dates. With Vertice, everything is centralised in one platform, the workflows automate much of the process, and system owners are engaged at the right time. As a result, we’ve avoided missed deadlines, reduced manual coordination, improved visibility across our SaaS estate, and made it much easier for stakeholders to self-serve the information they need through the AI. This as in fact reduce key person risk in the business.

 ### 10. Vertice Makes SaaS Spend Management Easy with Engaged Negotiation Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger K. | manager, IT and Data Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice offers a great platform to store all SaaS purchases/subscriptions. Easy to navigate. Rigid approval process. Staff is engaged and committed to negotiate on your behalf. Invoice scanning uses AI to reduce the number of fields needed to be filled in. The tool is as effective as the process defined.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The platform needs more self-help features. Every change requires assistance from the support team. It would also be nice if there was a lookup for average pricing for different products. If legacy negotiated pricing could be available for lookup, it would save a lot of time and effort to meet with various vendors.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice helps us with negotiations with our SaaS vendors. They offer various strategies and tactics that produces real results during renewal talks. The platform enforces a solid process for us. Department tools are planned, approved, and deployed; Vertice helps us keep track of the process. Renewals are visible allowing us to plan for the renewal talks.

 ### 11. User-Friendly and Efficient SaaS Negotiation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana H. | Sales Operations Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I love that Vertice greatly enhances our ability to negotiate better prices on SaaS contracts, which is a critical aspect of our operations. The expertise and teamwork offered by Vertice's team stand out, assisting us significantly in understanding and handling nuances during negotiations. Additionally, the knowledge embedded in their services adds a layer of confidence and trust, making the entire process smoother. What makes Vertice even more exceptional is their user-friendly platform, which simplifies our workflow, ultimately resulting in significant time and cost savings. The setup was straightforward, thanks to the swift and excellent support provided by the Vertice team, allowing us to transition smoothly from our previous tool, Smartsheet. The efficiency and effectiveness of Vertice in facilitating our tasks reflect the impressive quality of their services.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I haven’t noticed any downsides, everything has been positive so far.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vertice to negotiate better SaaS contracts, benefiting from their expertise and user-friendly platform, which saves us time and money.

 ### 12. Business relations between Vertice and Gaming1

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan L. | Procurement specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

We have been working with Vertice for several months to optimize our SaaS and Cloud spending.

Their support has helped us further structure our procurement approach, particularly in terms of vendor benchmarking, contract negotiations, and identifying concrete optimization levers. The Vertice team stands out for its responsiveness, market expertise, and ability to effectively challenge our existing practices.

On the Cloud side, their analysis has provided us with greater visibility into our costs, along with relevant recommendations to improve efficiency.

We are now looking to extend this collaboration to additional areas, particularly the negotiation of our PSPs, where we see strong potential for value creation.

Vertice has therefore established itself as a key partner in our cost optimization and management strategy.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

While the platform is powerful and offers a wide range of features, it may require a short adaptation phase to fully leverage its capabilities. With proper onboarding and usage over time, this quickly becomes a strength rather than a limitation.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As part of our collaboration with Vertice, we have been involved in several particularly complex negotiations, notably around SaaS contracts incorporating AI-related pricing indexation mechanisms.

These discussions proved to be highly sensitive, both from a technical standpoint and due to the financial stakes involved. Suppliers are increasingly introducing evolving pricing models, often lacking transparency, based on the use of artificial intelligence features or on indexation mechanisms that are difficult to anticipate.

Vertice’s market expertise and experience in this type of negotiation enabled us to approach these discussions with greater perspective and structure, while strengthening our position in front of suppliers.

 ### 13. Simplified Renewals with Great AI Contract Insights and Spend Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea-Joy W. | Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I’ve really enjoyed working with Lydia and Hafsa. They’re both passionate about what they do and are always willing to make improvements to the system based on our requirements.

Overall, the process simplifies renewals by first reminding us what’s coming up and then, with the workflow we’ve set up, guiding us through each step. The AI tool also gives us clear, easy insight into contracts without having to read through them in full. The reporting feature is amazing as well, especially for reviewing overall spend.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Sometimes Vertice can be a bit slow when it comes to renewals. When they take a long time to reply, it ends up putting extra pressure on the overall renewal process.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to track SaaS spend and manage our SaaS tools across many different departments. They also provide valuable insights into new tools, as well as ways to get more out of the tools we already use, which has been beneficial.

 ### 14. Great visibility into SaaS spend with strong negotiation support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh D. | Head of Live Service, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice gives us visibility into our SaaS spend and takes the pain out of vendor renewals.

Before Vertice, renewals would creep up on us and we'd end up auto-renewing, which meant we weren't always getting the best price. Now we get timely alerts ahead of renewal dates, which means we're going into conversations prepared rather than reactive.

The negotiation support has been a big win. Their team handles vendor negotiations on our behalf, and they know the market benchmarks so we're not guessing whether we're getting a fair deal.

We've seen real cost savings on renewals as a result, not just marginal discounts but meaningful reductions that have had a tangible impact on our overall SaaS spend.

It's the combination of the two, visibility into what we're spending and expert negotiation support that makes it work.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The initial onboarding takes time pulling together contracts from across the business takes effort.

That said, it's an exercise we needed to do anyway, and going through it has given us much better visibility of our SaaS estate. Vertice supported us through the process and they have tooling that helps with the collation, so it's more of a short-term cost for a long-term gain than a reflection on Vertice.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had limited visibility of our SaaS estate contracts were spread across different teams, renewal dates weren't tracked centrally, and we had no real benchmark for whether we were paying a fair price.

Vertice solves both sides of that. On the visibility front, we now have a centralised view of our SaaS spend, contract terms, and upcoming renewals. On the commercial side, their negotiation team handles renewals for us with market benchmarking, which has delivered meaningful cost savings.

The net result is we're spending less, we know what we're spending, and we're not getting caught off guard by renewals any more.

 ### 15. Streamlined Procurement, Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhruv M. | Senior Procurement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I appreciate that Vertice provides a single place to track contracts, renewal dates, and vendor spend. The support from the Vertice team is another standout aspect. They have been helpful in renewals, negotiating discussions, and providing useful context on pricing and commercial terms. This support saves us time internally and makes the process feel more organic. Additionally, the platform itself is straightforward to use, indicating a higher adaptability of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I think there are always things which can be improved. More so in case of reporting. Workflow customizations could go further, especially if you have more internal complex approval processes or procurement processes for that matter. There are times when it feels that the platform can have more flexibility in how information is surfaced or shared.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice helps solve the problem of fragmented SaaS management by offering a central view, enabling us to manage contract renewals early and improving cost control. It reduces admin, enhances visibility over spend, and supports more disciplined procurement and vendor negotiation.

 ### 16. Streamlined Procurement Orchestration and SaaS Spend Management with Vertice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago E. | Procurement and Third Party Risk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

What stands out most about Vertice is how it brings procurement orchestration, SaaS spend management, and purchasing into a single, streamlined workflow. Instead of juggling multiple tools and manual processes, we’re able to manage vendor requests, approvals, and renewals in one place, which has significantly improved efficiency and visibility across the business.

The Vertice team has been very hands-on, responsive, and knowledgeable, which made implementation smooth and continues to add value as we scale our processes. There’s also a growing layer of intelligence in how they surface insights around spend and optimization opportunities, which has been an added bonus.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

While the overall experience has been very positive, there are a few areas where Vertice could continue to improve as the platform matures.

In terms of integrations, while the core functionality fits well within our existing finance and procurement stack, there is still some reliance on manual inputs or workarounds in certain areas. Expanding native integrations and improving data synchronisation would further reduce operational overhead and make the experience more seamless end-to-end.

On the SaaS spend management side, the visibility is strong, but the analytics and reporting layer could be more advanced. For example, deeper insights, more configurable dashboards, and enhanced forecasting capabilities would help drive even more strategic decision-making and ROI tracking.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On the SaaS spend management side, we previously had limited visibility into our full vendor landscape and renewal timelines. Vertice has given us a clear, centralised view of all contracts and upcoming renewals, allowing us to act proactively rather than reactively. This has helped us avoid missed renewals, reduce unnecessary spend, and negotiate better commercial terms.

 ### 17. Responsive Team and Clear Dashboard That Drives Real SaaS Contract Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy B. | Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The team at Vertice has been responsive, professional, and supportive as we work to manage our SaaS contracts. Their online portal and visual dashboard make it easy to track contract savings and see what’s coming up, which has helped us save a lot during contract renewals, showing our total savings across the portfolio and by contract.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I have not had an experience that was not positive while interacting with the Vertice Team or the contract portal. It has been very positive and beneficial, a true benefit to my role.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we are reviewing solutions, Vertice has been exceptional at reviewing alternative solutions, gathering average contract cost, and customer sentiment. This expedites our business case process, and allows us to leverage their database and experience to help us make the best decision for our business, helping our business perform at the highest level.

 ### 18. Attentive Procurement That Delivers Real Savings, ROI, and Great UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent D. | Chief Financial Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I really value the service and the attentiveness to our vendor contract timelines, as well as the dedicated procurement team that consistently finds real savings in the market and drives meaningful ROI to our company’s bottom line. Without Vertice, we’d have little to no access to these kinds of insights or vendor relationships. I also really enjoy the UI and QBR process.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

One area I’d really like to see covered is how Vertice negotiated the contracts to reach the final end state. Specifically, what was leveraged during the negotiations, how it was leveraged, and what drove the outcome. Would also like to leverage more AI automation in the process which I believe is something both Vertice and the company is working towards.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They’re creating real cost savings and truly acting as a fully functioning outsourced procurement team. It’s a solid business model that works well for both parties.

 ### 19. Vertice Streamlines Negotiations and Keeps Contracts Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina B. | IT Support Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice takes the heavy lifting out of contract negotiations by leveraging expert negotiators and benchmarking data, allowing our team to stay focused on higher-value work. It also centralizes all our contracts in one place, making them easy to find and access when needed. On top of that, the platform proactively tracks renewals, so we don’t miss deadlines or risk unwanted auto-renewals and late cancellations.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

It’s hard to point to any major drawbacks; overall, the platform and the current team working on our account have delivered exactly what we were looking for.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice addresses the time-consuming, fragmented nature of vendor and contract management—especially the constant back-and-forth during negotiations, the effort of tracking renewals, and the challenge of keeping everything organized when it’s spread across multiple tools or spreadsheets.

 ### 20. SaaS Spend Optimisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Group Procurement Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

 ### 21. Vertice Makes Contract Management and Vendor Insights Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew P. | Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Great platform to store and manage contracts, extensive market data that provides me with insights on vendors and their pricing models, supportive and active account team

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There are no obvious downsides to using Vertice

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with many, many vendors across a very broad range of services that means we need to have a robust repository for each and every contract to help us manage our vendors efficiently. Vertice's platform provides this and also we now have access to an every growing data set of vendor information allowing us to understand just how competitve or not our contracted vendor fees are, providing insights that we wouldn't otherwise have access to. This provides a base from which to negotiate better commercial, operational and legal terms from.

 ### 22. A Strong Contribution Worth Highlighting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beyza A. | Head of Global Workspace, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Centralised platform to manage SaaS contracts, renewals, purchases, and usage — giving teams a clear overview of their software landscape. And the support is fantastic — it’s rare to encounter such a high level of helpfulness.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

At first, I found the platform a bit difficult to understand — it felt somewhat complicated to me personally. But I quickly got the hang of it, and now everything works really well.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice gives us a comprehensive overview of what we’re paying for each contract, which teams are incurring which costs, and when contracts are due for renewal or cancellation. We now have excellent visibility across the board. The workflows we’ve set up ensure that all purchases are made in a compliant manner.

 ### 23. SaaS Cost Optimization Perfected by Human Expertise & AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice has made it much easier for us to manage and optimize our SaaS spend. Their team is knowledgeable, proactive, and consistently ready to help, often going beyond what’s required. The insights and savings we’ve gained through their service have been truly invaluable, and it’s helped us feel much more in control of our software expenses overall.

I’d highly recommend Vertice to anyone looking to streamline and better manage software costs. I also really like the newer AI feature that supports research on prospective new SaaS vendors. It’s been very helpful when we want intel that we can only get through Vertice, and it genuinely feels like a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Nothing so far. I really enjoy working with the team—they’re very responsive. My earlier comment about Slack notifications wasn’t addressed, but I don’t mind checking the platform directly now to review all the comments. It’s easier that way and less noisy.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is helping us tackle the time-consuming, often complex work of negotiating with SaaS vendors. Their team is highly knowledgeable and has handled negotiations on our behalf, which lets us stay focused on more strategic, high-priority work. They also support benchmarking requests, especially for new SaaS spend, even though they typically manage only our renewals. Overall, it’s been a major time-saver and has significantly reduced the effort we put into renewals.

 ### 24. Strong negotiations, contract management, and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The support team has been attentive and responsive throughout. They’re always willing to help, resolve issues, and accommodate our needs, and they’ve also done a great job tailoring workflows to our specific business requirements.

The Slack integration has been especially helpful for keeping up with notifications, and it was fast and straightforward to set up.

The analytics section is very useful and offers clear, actionable insights. The platform also stays up to date with AI capabilities, and the internal chat feature is particularly helpful for day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The initial learning curve isn’t completely straightforward and can slow early adoption, particularly when onboarding multiple users at once. That said, once you get familiar with it, the platform becomes easy to use and navigate.

We’d also benefit from more flexible, role-based permissions. Right now, the gap between admin and standard user roles makes it hard to match access levels to different responsibilities. More granular, customizable permission options would make the platform easier to manage and use at scale.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Vertice, we now have a centralized place to manage all of our contracts and renewals. This helps us stay on top of key dates and gives us full visibility across our spend.

We’ve also benefited from strong support during negotiations, along with access to benchmarks that help us make more informed decisions and strengthen our negotiating position. Overall, it has improved visibility, increased control over spend, and made our procurement process more efficient.

 ### 25. Empowers Procurement with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony C. | Chief Information Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I love that we can embed Vertice into our governance model by design. The account relationship with our Customer Success Manager and Procurement Managers is great, making the human side of the service stand out. The Workflows feature, along with integration with Slack, has helped us consolidate our software approval process. The entire process is transparent, and approvals are routed through multiple channels like app, email, and Slack, which allows approvers a frictionless way to complete the required processes. Our CSM and Procurement Manager's responses are quick and proactive, and I find the deal summaries useful.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Vertice worked so well for us that some of our software vendors refuse to discuss directly with Vertice working on our behalf. May be we should give them our email address so they can act as our external consultant in those cases.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice strengthens negotiation for renewals, provides market intelligence and protects against price hikes. It streamlines our procurement workflow, consolidates post-acquisition spend, and offers SaaS spend visibility. It saves our CIO time and enhances our governance model.

 ### 26. Fantastic, User-Friendly UI with Helpful Forecasting and Top-Tier Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The UI in the Vertice interface is fantastic and extremely user friendly, even for someone without large amounts of technical know-how. As a program, I've had zero performance issues, and I find the intuitive timeline/forecast feature incredibly helpful. Additionally, the records system is easy to use and sort through. The Vertice team consistently provides top tier support, and took the time for thoughtful and individualized onboarding. The Team makes it, but the software and tools they use are excellent as well.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I Have not had any significant issues with Vertice, either in execution or on the technical side of things. my interactions have been wholly positive.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is helping us deal with a high volume of vendor contracts of various sizes and scopes. Generally, vertice helps our company save money and get more value our of our investments with various vendors. It makes our money go further. Within my department (legal) the easy to use forecasting and consistently excellent organizational structure allows for ease of use in referencing contracts and files for internal legal use.

 ### 27. Procurement Simplified, Powerful Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivo S. | Head of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I use Vertice as our Procurement partner, and I really appreciate their insights and contract benchmarks. These insights help us understand if the proposals we receive are good or if we should push for a better deal or additional features, keeping us from blindly accepting offers. Their support in contract negotiations is great; they lead the conversations, gather needed information, and keep us informed on key decisions to ensure we get the best deals. The platform also gives us a nice overview of our contracts with reminders of expirations and auto-renewals, which is essential since we don't have a dedicated procurement department. The initial setup was very straightforward, too. Vertice's integration with Slack for contract expiration notifications and renewal triggers is also something I find valuable.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The platform itself could be improved as it feels a bit slow / clunky sometimes. On occasion, the platform is less responsive as a whole, but one area that is clearly slow is the analytics section, even though I can understand that some of the reports might be complex to compile.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice acts as our Procurement partner, providing expertise and a platform for contract management. It centralizes contract views, alerts us to expirations, aids in negotiations with insights and benchmarks, and supports with regulatory terms.

 ### 28. Accurate SaaS Pricing, Smooth Integrations, and an Accessible Procurement Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice’s UI/UX makes it easy to get accurate, up-to-date pricing on SaaS applications, leveraging an already large vendor dataset in their catalogue. I feel comfortable using the platform for R&D and for narrowing down the scope of SaaS tools we need for a specific instance. The team at Vertice is very accessible, and their procurement team is consistently available to answer questions or provide guidance on deals.

On the integration side, Vertice works well with our SSO and our internal ticketing system, and it also integrates smoothly with Slack. They’ve also recently added a new AI tool that lets you run requests directly from the dashboard without leaving the page; it can even look up pricing or analyze deals.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

One downside to using Vertice is that they still seem to be in the early stages of development. While that can mean they’re eager to move quickly and deliver results, it may also mean they don’t yet have as many resources or as much vendor-specific context when it comes to negotiations. That said, I don’t really hold this against them, since the SaaS marketplace is huge and constantly expanding.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to find a unified service that could procure, negotiate, and communicate on our behalf. Vertice is helping us identify overlap in our SaaS stack, recognize which tools aren’t meeting our ROI expectations, and find the best pricing for SaaS. We’ve also seen improved onboarding performance for new SaaS purchases.

 ### 29. Great Account Team That’s Always Willing to Help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The account team is great to work with and is always willing to help whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

About half of my renewal workload falls below the Vertice threshold, so Vertice ends up adding an additional workflow. While I can add my self-negotiated vendors to the dashboard, it still requires more process overhead than I need. Also, the time to closure feels very long; even months after I’ve processed a PO, we’re still cleaning up tasks in the platform.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice has taken over some vendor discussions freeing up my time. I am looking for a new software product and Vertice gave me a short list of candidates to consider with excellent comparison information.

 ### 30. Vertice Made Me Productive from Day One

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmy S. | Sr Director, AI Strategy & Architecture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Coming in as a new hire, ramping up on an unfamiliar tech stack can feel overwhelming — Vertice made that significantly easier. The interface is clean and well-organized, so I was able to navigate contracts, vendor details, and security assessments without needing much hand-holding.

What I use most day-to-day: the centralized contract view (no more digging through inboxes to find renewal dates), the negotiation status tracker which keeps my whole team aligned without back-and-forth updates, and the software research tools which help me evaluate new vendors quickly and with confidence.

The AI assistant has been a genuine productivity boost for research tasks, and noticeably keeps getting better. For a new team member trying to understand a company's software landscape fast, Vertice compresses what could be weeks of ramp-up into a much shorter window.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The biggest gap for me is that Vertice doesn't serve as a true single source of truth for our software stack. We run security monitoring through another tool separately, so there's no unified view of vendor risk and software management in one place — you're context-switching between platforms to get the full picture.

The most significant limitation, though, is that Vertice covers the intake-to-procure journey well but stops short of the finish line. When we went through the full procurement workflow for an AI content creation tool, everything ran smoothly right up until signing — at which point the process moved to email. The actual contract execution happens outside the platform, which means documents get uploaded after the fact rather than captured natively. For teams without a separate CLM tool already integrated, this breaks what could otherwise be a seamless end-to-end experience. Closing that loop — from vendor research all the way through to signed contract — would unlock the full value of having a centralized procurement platform.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vertice, we lacked a centralized way to track our software stack — contracts and renewals were spread across multiple places, making it difficult to get a clear picture of what we had and what was coming up.

Vertice solved the visibility problem first. Having contracts, renewal dates, and vendor details centralized in one place means we're no longer reactive — we can see what's coming and act on it before it's urgent. As a new hire, that single source of truth also dramatically shortened my ramp-up time; instead of piecing together our tech stack from conversations and scattered files, I could see it laid out clearly from day one.

The ROI has been tangible too. Vertice has already delivered measurable savings on contract negotiations, which for a team that previously had no structured approach to vendor pricing, is a meaningful shift. The benchmarking data gives us leverage we simply didn't have before.

The AI tooling has added another layer — helping with vendor research and surfacing insights faster than doing it manually. For a lean IT team still building out its processes, Vertice functions less like a software tool and more like an extra set of hands.

 ### 31. Vertice Transformed Our SaaS Contract and Supplier Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I find that Vertice has ensured we get the best possible commercial outcomes for our SaaS contracts by expertly managing interactions with suppliers while representing our best interests. Our account team at Vertice feels like part of our team, as they have committed to knowing our business, processes, strategy, and forecasts. The Vertice platform has revolutionised how we onboard and manage suppliers with clear and intuitive workflows that bring order to previously unstructured methods. Its integration with other tools like our CLM has further enhanced our operations. The initial setup was straightforward, allowing us to get an MVP up and running quickly, which we then iterated on to incorporate additional tools and software.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Nothing comes to mind. It's been a pleasure working with the Vertice team.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice ensures we get the best commercial outcomes for our SaaS contracts, manages supplier interactions, and the platform's clear workflows bring order to an unstructured supplier management process.

 ### 32. Friendly UI, Seamless Integrations, and a Standout Vertice Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Friendly and easy to navigate UI for users who haven't used a similar platform before. There were many integrations like Slack etc to ensure visibility and easy tech stack connection. In terms of support and onboarding, it was seamless and easy when you have a very good team from Vertice to work with especially from Zero to One. The AI capability are quite good too considering how new it is. Lastly, huge shoutout to the team - that's what we like the best here. Good and knowledgable team who goes above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Hmmm, not much to say but I wish it would expand the capabilities beyond SaaS products / offerings - i think that would be a win or a wrap-up to have all things procurement on one platform.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurement strategy and commercial negotiation, especially knowing a lot more about the markets and its competitors so cut time of us heading out to do this ourselves when we could rely on Vertice to get the data for us to make sound judgement.

 ### 33. Customer-Oriented UI with Customizable Workflows That Keep Renewals on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The platform’s UI/UX, the quality of the buyers, and the team really stand out. Vertice is customer-oriented and works based on feedback from customers. The workflows can be easily customized, which really helps me renew my SaaS contracts on time and anticipate what’s coming next. For the moment we havn't connected Vertice to our procurement stack or CLM but will definitely work on that in the future. Overall the commercial is fair compare to the value provider.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

No S2P suite at the moment, it would be really intersting to see what they propose in the future. Being more free to set up the fields ourselves would be amazing and to configure the data that we want to display in the platform

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Renewing our SaaS contract on time is handled by professional IT buyers. The orchestration helps ensure that the procurement process is fully managed from start to finish.

 ### 34. Vertice Delivers Consistent SaaS Savings with Proactive, End-to-End Renewal Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Over the past two years, Vertice has been a key partner for us, consistently delivering cost savings of around 13% on average and taking care of SaaS negotiations end to end.

Beyond the savings, they’ve helped us keep a much more organized SaaS stack and gain better visibility into what we have and when renewals are coming up. The platform itself is useful for tracking total spend and savings breakdowns, and the benchmarking data is especially valuable when evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts.

The platform has been improving significantly, which makes the whole process of SaaS management convenient and straightforward.

They are highly supportive and proactive, taking ownership of renewals and making themselves available whenever meetings or input are needed. The relationship is close and collaborative, they came to meet us in person, which was a really nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There is some initial effort required to organize and upload the contracts, but onboarding is well supported and manageable.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a financial perspective, we are much better informed about pricing, with access to benchmarking data that helps us reduce costs, this is one of the main benefits for us.

It also saves a significant amount of time by removing the need to handle negotiations internally. Many BPOs are very grateful to be able to delegate negotiations to Vertice, and they have shared positive feedback about the results achieved.

 ### 35. Powerful Spend Visibility and Procurement Support That Delivers Better Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

What I like best about Vertice is the combination of powerful spend visibility and hands-on procurement support. The platform brings all contracts, vendors, and renewals into one place, making it much easier to stay in control and make informed decisions. The benchmarking data and expert negotiation support are particularly valuable, helping us consistently secure better pricing. On top of that, the automation and AI-driven workflows significantly streamline processes and save time across teams.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

While Vertice is a strong platform overall, there are areas that could be improved. Some of the reporting and customization options can feel a bit limited depending on specific use cases but other than that nothing really!

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice helps us solve the challenge of managing and optimising our SaaS spend by giving us clear visibility into upcoming renewals and contract timelines. This allows us to plan ahead and avoid unnecessary costs or missed opportunities. It also provides strong insight into savings, making it easy to track the value being delivered. Most importantly, we benefit significantly from Vertice’s expert negotiation support, which consistently helps us secure better commercial outcomes.

 ### 36. Vertice Saves Time, Keeps Deadlines on Track, and Helps Secure Great Discounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice is very helpful for us because it helps us avoid missing deadlines, maintain a clear view of benchmarks and competitors for each product, and secure good discounts within our budget. The time savings are also important, since it means we don’t waste time on long, time-consuming negotiations. The user experience on the platform is good as well, and it’s easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Unfortunately, we have many contracts that are below the significance amount required to be handled by Vertice, and this is annoying because we have a lot of them. However, we still have the possibility to upload them and see the deadlines coming up in the platform. Other than that, we do not have any other bad review of Vertice.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, Vertice is helping us not miss deadlines, manage all our contracts, and, most importantly, benefit from savings and obtain some discounts.

 ### 37. Modern, Easy-to-Use Platform with Great Benchmarking Data and Proven ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew F. | Head of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Multiple items
- access to great data for price benchmarking
- easy to use platform with a modern UI and helpful AI features
- access to a very helpful and professional team
- savings guarantees and ROI we have achieved

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Very little to add here, there hasn't been any bad experiences

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Lack of visibility on our SaaS spend and commitments
- No benchmark data/comparison on what we are paying, is it a good deal?
- Reducing the load on the team to manage renewals
- Awareness of renewals, able to negotiate effectively as it is not last minute and rushed

 ### 38. Simple and efficient SaaS Spend Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice has shown strong proactivity, professionalism, and flexibility throughout our engagement. Working with them has genuinely felt like having an extension of our internal team, they’ve managed multiple renewals smoothly while also delivering material savings I would highly recommend their services to any organisation looking for a capable, collaborative partner. They achieved a Positive ROI and the easy to use platform interface makes it easier to interact with Vertice and manage our pipeline of SaaS.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I don’t have any noteworthy dislikes. I’m looking forward to seeing more advancement in the AI space, similar to what other vendors in the market are doing.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me visualise our current tech stack, streamline the procurement process, and optimise our SaaS spend. The workflows helped solve our governance concerns and reinforced our approval frameworks.

 ### 39. Vertice delivers proactive insights made easy with AI Analytics and a clear dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karla Q. | Executive Assistant and Vendor Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I love my client success team and the platform. The AI analytics are very useful, and the dashboard makes it easy to see what matters most. I have immediate access to what I need to focus on, which helps me stay proactive instead of reactive.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Honestly, I don’t think there are many—at least not in our use case.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spend management and properly vetting our purchases are a big deal for us, especially making sure we’re not renewing products we don’t actually need. Since our procurement team is just one person, Vertice truly feels like an extension of it.

 ### 40. Simple to Use, Great Insights, and Real Savings with Vertice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George H. | Technology Procurement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The Platform is very simple to use, easy to see what is assigned to myself and others. The Team at vertice have been great to work with and have provided lots of insights into how vendors would likely react to demand changes etc. I have also seen some great savings by working alongside Vertice.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Staff Turnover on our account seems to be high, not necessarily a pain point but feels like we have the same conversations with lots of different people.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling some trickier complex SaaS agreements where there are multiple agreements across the business and consolidating them.

 ### 41. transform SaaS from a 'uncontrollable fixed cost' into a strategically managed asset

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

What I like best about Vertice is the centralized visibility it provides over our entire SaaS stack. In a complex phase like the Qualcomm integration, having a single source of truth for all our contracts, renewals, and spend is crucial for maintaining an accurate audit trail and avoiding redundant subscriptions.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

What I find most challenging is the initial heavy lifting required to centralize all historical contracts. While the platform is powerful, the 'data hygiene' phase — mapping every invoice from NetSuite and uploading legacy PDFs — was more time-consuming than expected for a lean finance team.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ertice solves the problem of information asymmetry in our procurement process. By providing real-time visibility and pricing benchmarks, it allows us to transform SaaS from a 'uncontrollable fixed cost' into a strategically managed asset, ensuring full alignment with Qualcomm's global efficiency standards.

 ### 42. true partner for scaling smarter SaaS spend

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice gives us clear visibility and control over our SaaS stack, helping us make smarter decisions and drive meaningful cost savings as we scale. What really sets them apart, though, is their incredible account team; they’re highly responsive, act quickly on feedback, and operate as a true partner across our organisation.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Sometimes the UI hasn't been as intuitive as we've thought. Would also like more integrations with partners like Vanta so we can see end-to-end vendor management.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice solves the lack of visibility across all of our tools and spend. It's allowed us to start centralising contracts across formally siloed teams, with eyes on usage, and renewals, negotiation support and insights. It helps us reduce cost, avoid wasted spend and run procurement in a more strategic and scalable way.

 ### 43. Seamless Interface for Contract Milestones and Kickoff Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan M. | IT Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Their interface works seamlessly to organize contract milestones and kickoff workflows. Then as a service, the team is highly organized and super easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

At times the UI can feel a little clunky but it's a very minor complaint.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us stay organized and proactive with renewals to ensure we're in constant contact with our vendor partners and getting the best value for our spend. Same with new spend. Additionally the insights they provide are invaluable.

 ### 44. Streamlined our SaaS procurement and increased our purchasing knowledge!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim L. | VP, Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice has a comprehensive set of SaaS procurement services which allowed us to centralized our vendors and contracts, control where we are and then Vertice could take over and manage our new contracts and renewals very easily. The customer service is also tremendous and meets with us regularly to give updates and help us.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Not every contract can be negotiated by Vertice but still having the centralized portal was a big help to have one place where we could see upcoming contracts and get information.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not a large procurement team and we lack knowledge and expertise on SaaS contracts and pricing. Vertice has more insights into pricing and has offloaded time from us working with vendors to negotiate.

 ### 45. Better Visibility, Governance, and Negotiation for SaaS Purchasing and Renewals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The portal is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the staff are consistently professional and friendly. I particularly appreciate the negotiation services, which help deliver better outcomes and save time.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

While discounts can be more limited for niche SaaS products, there is still good value in the tracking, visibility, and renewal workflows, which help with planning and governance.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is helping address shadow IT, unmonitored auto‑renewals, and inconsistent negotiation capability across product owners. It provides better visibility of what software is in use, ensures renewals are tracked and reviewed rather than happening by default, and centralises negotiations so they are handled more effectively. This reduces risk, improves governance, and helps ensure commercial decisions are more consistent.

 ### 46. Streamlined Vendor Management That Delivers Strong ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark J. | Head of IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Takes the day to day of Vendor Management tasks away and still get the best price possible which shows on our ROI stats

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I am a main point of contact for most SaaS tool renewals even when I am not System Owner. This is more likely an internal issue where we need more engagement to the workflow process of renewals

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is mainly solving the chaos around SaaS buying, renewals, and vendor management. However the biggest benefit is cost savings

 ### 47. Vertice’s Benchmarking and Negotiation Expertise Delivers Great SaaS Contract Outcomes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Because we have a very lean internal procurement team, we rely heavily on Vertice to act as an extension of our own function - and they deliver excellently. The biggest upside to using Vertice is having access to their vast benchmarking data and specialized negotiation expertise. Navigating complex SaaS contracts can be incredibly time-consuming, but Vertice cuts through the noise. They know exactly what levers to pull during negotiations, ensuring we get the best possible pricing and terms without tying up our internal resources.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Currently, we don't have Vertice integrated with our internal P2P system, which leads to some duplicate data entry. While this lack of integration creates a few extra steps for our team, it isn't necessarily a shortcoming of the Vertice platform itself.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is helping us optimize our SaaS stack and manage renewals so we can hit our overall software savings targets. They facilitated a workshop with our internal business owners to identify clear opportunities for consolidation and rightsizing. For example, Vertice led a consolidation effort for one of our marketing tools that resulted in $50,000 in annual savings - a win we wouldn't have achieved without their support. Thanks to their efforts, we are on track so far to meet our software savings goals.

 ### 48. Guaranteed SaaS and licensing savings through expert negotiation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth R. | Chief Data Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

SaaS cost savings via expert negotiation The standout value is guaranteed savings on SaaS contracts. Vertice's in-house buyers negotiate on our behalf so we are not negotiating blind against vendors who know the market better than we do.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

We have had no negative outcomes through our engagement with Vertice.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice are able to take away the back and forth with vendors so saving time, particularly on complex licensing engagements.

 ### 49. Strong Cost Savings and Fast Turnaround with Vertice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice has delivered strong results on cost savings across several vendor negotiations — the team consistently comes back with meaningfully better commercial outcomes than we could have achieved independently. The team have been responsive and easy to work with throughout, and the speed of turnaround on active deals has been a genuine differentiator when we're working against renewal deadlines.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Nothing significant to flag. Overall, the experience has been consistently positive across the engagements we’ve run, and everything has gone smoothly from one engagement to the next.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing SaaS renewals across a growing stack is time-consuming, and getting the best commercial outcome without dedicated procurement expertise is difficult. Vertice solves both — the team handles vendor negotiations directly, which frees up internal bandwidth, and they consistently secure better pricing than we would have on our own. It has also brought more structure to how we track and manage renewals, which reduces the risk of auto-renewals slipping through at unfavorable terms.

 ### 50. Vertice Goes Above and Beyond in Contract Negotiations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Management Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice are super helpful when it comes to contract negotiations. They always listen to what it is we require and always go above and beyond to meet those requirements.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Them being SaaS only! It would be great if they could work on non-SaaS contracts too

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice has helped us achieve cost savings through our contracts with SaaS suppliers, and those cost benefits have allowed the business to invest in other areas.
