It’s worth noting that the platform itself has a bit of a learning curve. The system isn’t the most intuitive out of the box, and it does require a substantial amount of time and effort to become proficient. VeeVart has streamlined our ticketing and membership management, while also offering extra features to grow our business. Its online applications and mobile POS are easy to use and customer-friendly. The Salesforce integrations operate seamlessly with various leading third-party services, giving us more chances to expand and manage everything on a single platform. The customer service and support team are highly responsive and knowledgeable, offering a personalized touch. For those new to Salesforce, the implementation process can be overwhelming. The VeeVart team provided hands-on assistance throughout our onboarding and offered detailed guidance. Veevart Dashboards are amazing! Customized to specific needs, they give us the ability to take in a lot of information at once. Also beneficial, is the full integration of all our contacts' information, including the events they have attended, donations they have made over time, whether or not they are members, how frequently they visit, museum store items they have purchased, etc. Probably the most impressive aspect of Veevart is its customer support. More than anything, the customer service Veevart provides is second to none. We have asked for several new features to be put into development and they always jump to accommodate. If you need to speak with someone directly, there is no need to sit on the phone listening to hold music, as your personal contact will always be there to help. No software is perfect, and of course there are always things that can be improved. We are looking forward to Veevart's upcoming updates to gala management, discount code limits, and even some of the functionalities that we specifically requested like ticketing add-ons. The support team. When the museum switched to Veevart there was a lot of assistance from customer support and the developers. If the museum has any issues or questions our case manager will respond to requests within 24 hours, but usually less. If we want to see something implemented the development team will explore the request and either make the changes or suggest alternative options. If we would like to learn something or have more in depth questions, the case manager is available to meet up via Zoom with a high degree of availability. While the location(s) of the Veevart team might not be local, there has never been any issues connecting with them as if they were next door. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve is a bit steep. It took a while for the museum to feel confident in the software. I was not there for the initial integration, so I cannot comment specifically on the training received at the time (although I understand it was extensive). As a growing company, they are continually working to improve the product. A few updates were issued without sufficient warning, but when we raised this problem they quickly addressed it and have worked to make sure we get plenty of notice about upcoming updates. We did research on several other products before settling on Veevart. The price for the amount of features was unparalleled. The Veevart customer service team is also incredibly attentive. The Veevart team had never transferred data from Donorperfect (our old donor database) before. That proved slightly challenging for the team to figure out what information to include and what it wold look like once it was entered into the new platform.
