It backups up ALL of the items with Office 365 - Email you would expect, but also notes, calendars, sharepoint and one drive items. Plus, you can control how long they are saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have MFA turned on in O365, it's a bit tricky to setup the login for the backup. There is documentation, but it is a bit hard to find. Other than that there really isn't anything I've found to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
