One of the most challenging parts of keeping up with a marketing campaign is following everything that's happening. It can be hard to see your progress and keep an eye out for new opportunities. Luckily, I've found a solution! My tool of choice is Vbout. This platform not only provides real-time updates but also tracks every aspect of your campaign, from the number of clicks and social media interactions to the number of emails you're receiving. It's all there, and it's super easy to use.
Pros:
- Reliable, stable software (they have been around for a long time)
- Amazing automation and integrations

Cons:
- UI could use a bit of an uplift
- A bouquet full of add-ons can be a bit confusing to comprehend at first.

I love this platform! It's so easy to use and it has really great features. I'm a big fan of the landing page builder, which is one of my favorite parts about the application because you can create some really amazing things with such ease. The Automation tools are also excellent - they let me make something like an automated schedule for posting on social media sites that saves time and makes marketing easier than ever before, since I don't have to think too much anymore when everything just happens automatically in response to what goes on around here! I love how complete an automation package Vbout is. Between landing pages, forms, pop-ups, a mini-crm, emails, sms, push notifications and social, there's very little Vbout doesn't do under one roof. And the reporting features are insane! The few things it doesn't do, extensive integrations mean you can make sure they get done and Vbout knows about it for further automation. The UI is a bit outdated and the cost of additional emails could be better, but for the most part these are small gripes. The one thing I would really love to see would be some added features for increasing GMB and other reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VBOUT is a powerful marketing automation tool that allows me to gain more leads and increase the reach of my marketing efforts. I love that I can set up a custom email sequence with VBOUT and use the drag-and-drop visual automation feature to create an email that is perfect for the person I am reaching out to. This is a great marketing tool for any business owner who needs to increase their conversions. What I like about VBOUT:

No doubt the services provided by this tool is better then others and it is up to date along with it I am so impressed by the customer care service of Vbout. they are so responsive. within 2 mins you can get technical help from their side, this is I personally experienced. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this.
Apart from the obvious features listed features that is to rave about don't get me wrong but I already have some apps that do thee those things. So why you ask do you need or why is this better.
Well the Mathematical calculation let me see it this way- having everything or most of these linkable aspects in-house, means I would need fewer tigers or zaps or webhooks and so setting those up any changes i make having to change all of those too. Now if you think that addon per customer, then this helps in this way. It also means you dont make as many mistakes. and all the information is on one place which means its again an easier way to see things you wanna create a better flow of things to target your customers where they are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The combination of all the tools vBout provides coupled with great help documentation and videos makes vBout an excellent platform to handle lead generation, outreach and social media communication under one roof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not been able to make the popups for collecting leads "multi step" (I want to ask them different questions depending on the previous answer to qualify them). Maybe it is not possible, or perhaps it was me not trying enough. I immediately gave up because I am using ConvertBox for this and just pushed the leads through a ConvertBox form instead. It seems has unlimited features:
- Templates, landing pages, SMS, emails, CRM, social media management covers all the key bases we need to run effective marketing campaigns for multiple business units.
- Custom landing pages with insane analytics and heat maps
- The social media management tool is extremely simple to use
- Full CRM tracking capability - where did leads go, what did they do?
- Calendar utility is useful and avoids unnecessary reliance on other tools.
- It links to WooCommerce, WordPress and even Elementor.
