Vbout is one of those unique tools that does a lot and does it all really well. I am impressed by its ability to address the foundational needs of modern business. I connected my social platforms, email and was ready in a matter of minutes to have a birds-eye view of my social platforms.
Creating landing pages and automated campaigns is also a breeze. I love how easy it is to use and how easy it is on the eyes. Because we spend a great deal of time on the platform, it's important that it looks and feels good. Vbout is pleasurable and easy to use.
Overall, I am a HUGE fan of Vbout and the problem they are solving for. They are aiming to support businesses owners that need to have all aspects of their business easily at their fingertips. This tool helps me feel more empowered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because this tool has a lot to offer, for some it could intimidate, but the team offers a webinar to help you navigate the platform with ease. This webinar helps to overcome potential feelings of overwhelm.
This tool also requires a level of commitment to fully leverage and access all that it has to offer. However, as each aspect of the platform can be utilized separately, you can pick and choose which parts of the platform serve your business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is much more straightforward to use than many other marketing tools that can be confusing and often have long learning curves that require video tutorials to understand even basic functions.
Its core services are excellent, and I can see them being developed further in the future. I can't wait to see the product mature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, I see it can improve its user interface, which unfortunately feels a little dated. Many competitors have invested in more aesthetically pleasing interfaces that market themselves better and encourage users to engage further with the product.
VBout has an opportunity here to raise awareness of its products through beautiful, simple and user-friendly UI. I hope Vbout is working on this as it will serve to grow the business.
That said, VBout features many different tools that are easy to use and monitor effectively using their platform, which is very well developed already.
VBout provides great value for money for any online marketer at its current price point. Overall, Vbout is a winner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VBOUT is able to manage whole marketing. You can set up a social scheduler for your FB and IG then also manage your contacts and newsletter or create a landing page and run the Funnell. What I like the most is the dashboard. It's really powerful because you can see all metrics and analytics under 1 roof from different data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest problem of VBOUT is native integration with Shopify. If you have your own store then you are very limited to what you can do in VBOUT. VBOUT does not push all data from Shopify. I'm missing the past orders, value also it can't track the Shopify tags which means I'm not able to create my audience based on the Shopify customers and their lifetime orders. Also if you have more than 1000+ products it takes almost a week to sync all your products back to VBOUT. I'm also missing an "activity" dashboard where you could see what your contacts do at your store. You have to go to each contact and then you can see what each customer does. If you have 10 000 contacts then you have no clue what they are doing and browsing each contact 1 by 1. I'll be doing that for a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was previously using GoHighLevel. I had some great success with it, but when Vbout came around to Appsumo, they immediately grabbed me in their arms and gave my agency the love that it deserved! This app is great for companies who want to benefit from the power of automation and marketing. It can be used by any type of company and I would recommend it to all of my fellow colleagues. It’s an absolute must have for any agencies out there. With this app I can easily grow a business of any size without having to worry about so many things like before. I have so much confidence in this app that I can tell you that that it can easily help you your agency to scale much easier! They have support staff who reply very quickly. The limitation of using your own SMTP which makes it fully whitelabel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The drag and drop functionality of setting up email marketing campaigns, the solid templates for the campaigns + emails themselves, and the fact it also includes a social media posting scheduler - so many tools in one, which is awesome! I also love that it includes a landing page builder. I was able to log in and just figure it all out. They do have an on-demand onboarding webinar to learn how it all works, which is super helpful. I haven't watched it yet, though, as it's a solid 1hr 45mins. So far, I've been able to figure out the features I've wanted to use. The support team was also super responsive when I had an issue. The social media management could use some work - you can't manage Instagram messages, from what I can see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it is a very powerful and mature marketing platforms. One of the nice aspects is that it offers Unlimited landing pages and SMS marketing as well apart from emails of course.
Getting started is easy as it offers a step-by-step guide to set up the account when you first log in, so its not overwhelming. The interface is well crafted and organised plus there are a lot of features this platform offers. There are also a lot of automation elements, where I see the power of this tool lies, unlike other platforms where such features are sometimes in their elementary stage of development. A visual automation builder is available to make it easier to create and manage the automation sequences. It is highly customisable and automation filtering has a lot of options as well. One of my favourite features is the Agency feature, where I can easily provide this to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX is starting to get a little outdated, if this is addressed sooner than later, it will smoothly pass by many more years to come and aesthetics will reflect its usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VBOUT is like a 10-in-1 suite of tools. It has all that I need for automating great quality marketing campaigns.
I loved the Sample Dashboard right when I first used VBOUT - it is super easy and helpful to navigate the platform and imagine what can be done with this Sample Dashboard.
VBOUT also has excellent templates for e-mail and funnel building. With drag and drop, I can easily build emails to reach targetted customers with all features, including videos !!! (1st WOW)
The visual drag and drop marketing automation made me jaw down, because it is so convenient. It is rarely seen else where I must say. And I was nicely surprised to see various templates for the automation offered. I like the Subscriber Book Suggestion automation template - looks really neat and useful (2nd WOW)
The reporting widgets available (about 30 of them) are top notch and offer extremely comprehensive analytics (3rd WOW). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
VBOUT said it has thousand of integrations. Yes it may, but it should be in "future tense". I have no doubt about the team's capability and that they can develop such integrations, but I may have to wait for sometimes to have those "thousand integrations".
I also think the triggers and actions offered for automation can be richer. I am sure these will be developed overtime and the current are not bad - but as a customer I believe there can be more demands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vbout has almost everything I was looking for in a digital marketing SaaS, AND some extras I didn't expect but are excellent additions. I wanted an email marketing solution, but I also wanted SMS via Twilio. Vbout happens to have both of those. I prefer email limits vs. subscriber limits, and Vbout just so happens to be that as well. I wanted agency options, and they have that, too!
The extras I didn't expect but are nice to have: email template builder, the landing page builder, with integrated forms, and for some reason even a social media scheduler, AND social inbox?!
To top that off, there is great, responsive support.
Because Vbout does so much, some may assume it is a "jack of all trades, master of none" but I don't think that is true. It does several things at least as well as competitors, with some extras that are helpful but average. Even if we chop those extras off, the core offering would still be very competitive. It would be unreasonable to expect this to have, say, page-building capabilities that are every bit as good as dedicated page builders ON TOP of the solid core email marketing offerings.
And just to add even more to the offer, there is a comprehensive onboarding process filled with video guides to get you started. Unbelievable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I want a better website importer. I don't expect the Vbout page builder to be excellent. It is functional, but I have other dedicated builders I can use to make websites. The current importer does an average job of this and has weird quirks (like you have to name the HTML file the same as the zip file, or you run into an error). I would like to see page import better supported, so I can build websites with dedicated builders, import to Vbout, and then integrate that site with Vbout's forms and automation.
A RSS feed feature would also be appreciated in the social media scheduler. Although if I am to be honest, a better way to integrate with outside tools would actually be the best solution to me. I have other dedicated tools already for various tasks, and I do not need to do everything within Vbout.
A more intuitive way to work with the API would also be helpful. It is currently not that user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

+ Great UI & design, not just in the marketing materials 😝
+ Support was super responsive through a few initial issues I had in my early testing.
+ Very impressed by the landing page builder
+ The Automation features almost seem a little overwhelming at first, but once I was past my tinkering phase, it’s blown me away at the number of possibilities. I’m going to have to lock myself in my studio for a week while I mastermind some devious workflows 😎
+ Pretty Pop-ups with enough analytics to keep the overthinker in you busy.
+ I quite like the Social posting feature too, but for now I have that part quite well sorted with other apps. Maybe some bold new unique features might tempt me to crossover. ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* The only pet peeve I’m facing is I’d like it to take in more triggers from Woocommerce. Hopefully, it’s something that will improve soon. 🤞🏻 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
