VBOUT allows me to reduce the number of tools I need to carry out my marketing automation needs, from emails and social media scheduling to contact management. Previously I needed to duct tape quite a few solutions together to achieve what I can do with VBOUT. So for this reason alone, I think this tool is probably one of the best in my arsenal! As great as VBOUT is, it's not perfect. Because it is an all-in-one solution, it is natural to expect that it does not excel in every area it covers. The weakest link here is the landing pages. The page builder is pretty bad and the UI itself overall is not the slickest. However, from what I understand, both are on the roadmap to be improved! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To have a full suite of marketing tools within a single tool is brilliant. I thought it would be clunky and difficult to use but it is really easy and impressive how it all works together. But the most impressive thing about VBOUT is their customer support, I have worked with hundreds of different companies and without doubt VBOUT is number one in terms of the support offered. I have not really found a downside that is VBOUTS fault, for me it is a learning curve and I need to ensure that I use the support and learn how to maximise its use and maximise its potential for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a fairly new user to the system and to this point there is nothing I can think of that would fall under a 'dislike' category for me.

Perhaps more CRM functionality because with that, I wouldn't need ANYTHING else for my systems! I don't yet have a CRM in place as I'm really hoping Vbout brings one in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. I am able to have Emails, Social media Management & marketing automation in one tool.

2. The Platform is really easy to navigate and use.

1. Its automation builder lucks a decision tree system and this limits the way you build automation.

I like the fact that I can create landing pages with forms without having to embed a third-party form, worry about the form's compatibility, or go through the whole process of setting up a Wordpress site just to make a landing page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't succinctly express it, but the workflow/UI could use some updating to make it more user-friendly. I know that it takes getting familiar with the platform. However, I've used other platforms where I don't have to guess what I have to do next or click around to figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email automation and a lead point system together are a great combo. Lead scoring helps you find out who is more likely to convert and with email automation, you can target those customers easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think they need to add more landing page templates, I use some other apps for creating landing pages but if they work more on landing pages i can shift to Vbout completely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The migration support provided by Vbout was second to none. They moved quickly in migrating contacts, campaigns and automations and they were willing to make changes and open tickets to release key user needs that were not already available. Vbout has almost all the features a small to mid-sized business would need when it comes to marketing automation. Plus, the price is not really on the higher side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. I don't like the popup forms designs. They're old fashioned with low design customization capabilities.

2. Social media scheduling tool seems unnecessary. Should be removed so there is a cleaner interface.

The fact that there is a range of tools within one piece of software means I don’t need to have to hop between different products. It’s great having everything under one roof. It’s quite a capable piece of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not really sure about the landing pages as the user experience is a little outdated and the templates could be better. However, I do have another software for that but it would be great if they would update this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
