In relation to other platforms, it seems to me that Vbout is very enriched thanks to its tools that provide greater solutions for your company to grow. You can create a comprehensive marketing plan and get customers interested in your products. When using it, it is easy to adapt to the platform and its functions. It will not work for large companies, however, for companies that are starting or small companies that do not have a marketing plan, but for large companies it seems to me that it lacks functions and tools. VBout's solid automation system, easy customer management, and smooth integration with applications like WooCommerce and Google Analytics that I use every day in my workflow make it an obvious choice. It has a strong user interface, and makes setup of your customer funnels a breeze. Getting from point A to point B is incredibly easy. We've been able to turn a number of tedious manual workflows into smooth, simple automations that save us time, and make customer data collection and pre-qualification practically run themselves. The e-mail builder does still leave a bit to be desired, which offers a fairly broad degree of customization, but currently lacks a few key features and makes it occasionally difficult to easily reach the desired result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The vBout campaign automation tool is powerful and flexible, with a visual drag-and-drop interface and a powerful set of rules to help drive engagement and conversions. vBout also has some impressive metrics capabilities. Best of all, the vBout team is a pleasure to work with - always there to help, usually responding within minutes via Chat and taking the time not only to fix a problem but to educate. I have tried several marketing automation systems and Vbout has been superior; much better than SharpSpring and InfusionSoft when it comes to SMB marketing.
Key Benefits:
- Ability to have a dedicated IP, so you can now control your IP health and not have a random user you never met affect your email deliverability
- Seamless ability to add SMS to your drip sequences
Emails and SMS automations:
- Native Twilio integration allows SMS drips
- Easy to create drip sequences between emails and SMSs with visual automation workflow builder
- Ability to copy and past entire instances makes it so much easier when on-boarding new clients, this is key for agencies.

Support:
- I had previously been using SharpSpring which did not always notify the user on real email deliverability as leads were being suppressed without notification. Vbout support looked into the issue and resolved it increasing deliverability by over 27%, and have now built nifty features to ensure that emails are being sent correctly. Being able to assign lead scoring to all of your contacts, even contacts that are just IP addresses can be scored and once you discover their name, email, phone, etc... you can start to market to them through email, SMS text messages, browser push notifications, and social media! What an amazing way to really engage your customers and to gain their trust and ultimately get them to convert into a customer! Love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about VBOUT that they can compete with big companies, and the best thing is their support team! They reply fast to our questions and help us on the spot, while in other bigger software we need to wait days and weeks to get a reply or get redirected to the robotic support.
