The way Vbout is structured, you pay for mailing from your automation tool, not for the number of contacts that you have in the system. This is a paradigm shift from Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo and others. In my opinion that makes better sense as now I can dump my ESP and do all my campaign mailing directly from Vbout with full integration of results dumped directly into Salesforce (and any CRM). The social media piece of the platform is still getting its feet. It looks to try and emulate Hootesuite's look and feel, but all of the features are not fully fleshed out yet. It's not that big of a deal as social is only one part of the equation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vbout is an outstanding marketing automation platform, without the bloat that most competing platforms have. We see it as more of a blank slate to build what we want, without the clutter of all the things we don't need. That said, it has the features and functionalities of many big-name marketing tools, at a fraction of the cost and much better customer service.
A big issue I have with some of the other tools is customer support. Other companies tell you to consult a forum or user group or add it as a requested feature. Vbout does an exponentially better job at actually solving issues we have and their support staff seems to always be there, waiting for us to ask them questions.
Along with the support, the features and functionalities are there to make some pretty powerful automations and track customers through their buying process(s).
We are still very new to the platform, but very excited for the future with Vbout and the capabilities it has unlocked for us. Overall, we were happy with our previous marketing automation tool, but now we're even happier and very glad we switched. This should say something...they took happy customers from another platform and exceeded expectations. Now that we know what we were missing, we're staying with Vbout. VBout is a software which we are using to facilitate us in our marketing. By applying it we have accomplished many of our objectives and goals via automation. and the designs are quite appealing and are simple to create. E-mail marketing has taken a new shift for us after VBout. Its team is working very smoothly and is always by our side to help us get through any difficulty so I must say they are very responsible and are ever ready to go beyond the limits to help us. The service that VBOUT offers us is extensive so now it is much much more connected with customers we have been able to notice a great advance in email marketing because now we reach more users with Amplitude of automation, VBOUT this service connects to marketing software in order to expand emails. I can not indicate a negative point regarding the operation of VBOUT and the automation has been very clear and precise has worked for us an incredible software where it is possible with filters and tool with very complete characteristics, it is a quality service, only in the future to improve the interface and speed.
