The best thing about Vbout isn't their platform (which is top-notch) it is their service and desire for their client to succeed. The onboarding and support I've received to get us up and running are amazing!
Not to mention that when I scheduled an intro call on Dec 23, 2020, and got on the call - the host was Vbout's CEO Rich. He gave his sales staff time off to enjoy the holidays. This level of commitment to clients is seen throughout the entire organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hopefully, in the future, there can be a native integration with Salesforce. The integration we have now is good for us. This is the only slightly negative thing I can say. But they have a work-around that is very effective! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The first thing I noticed about VBOUT when evaluating different platforms to use was the cost. The cost of the platform is significantly less than the competitors, and the offerings are essentially the same. The tools work properly there is no negative point regarding the operation of the service because we have achieved different objectives, as I mentioned earlier, expanding both online traffic and our sales, however, the interface can improve the user interface is somewhat obsolete. as such it affects the tools or the operation of the service but it can improve the home page and innovate. The personalized approach and the quick response to questions was invaluable. Vbout's tech support helped me overcome the learning curve by troubleshooting within 24hrs. Although there is a bit of a learning curve once you get it, it's very easy to use. The analytics are also very helpful and I would recommend Vbout for anyone considering an automation platform.
