What I like most about VBOUT is the control I have right out of the box with all the native integrations and API flexibilty. The ability to build our own systems and then share them with our clients is also one of th emost time saving and valuable features outside the already fine tuned engined they have built. My only issue with VBOUT and it could be my own, is the lack of 2-way sms messaging. I am currently using a 3rd party mobile app though to handle that part directly from Twilio which isn't a bad workaround.
