What do you dislike about Varicent?

There is nothing I dislike. They are always putting the customer first and making our job easier with their availability and their knowledge of our business. With presenter adaptive being available to us now, we are super excited for future reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Varicent?

Implementing new schemes is relatively simple and straight forward, the user interface is easy to navigate around, and the system is incredibly flexible. The reporting features improve with every update. Support team are knowledgable and responsive, and the CSMs are always on hand when needed. There is a plethora of training material available through their eLearning portal, and a blossoming community portal where admins from different customers can come together and share best practice, ask questions and one-up each other on how they've used features! What do you dislike about Varicent?

What do you like best about Varicent?

For decades we calculated our commissions manually. We have over 485 payments a month on average all with very different structures off different branch locations and products. Varicent has allowed us to track the calculation daily with all of these complicated calculations efficiently and easily. This product has allowed us to vet our calculations easily on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This product has completely changed how we do business with regard to incentive pay. What do you like best about Varicent?

Easy to navigate, scalable, and always improving. Really enjoy the framework of the solution as well as the payee's web portal, it's well thought out. Cuts commission calculation time considerably compared to traditional Excel methods. While the goal for using Varicent was to reduce complexity and unique configuations, it's still easy to add certain customizations. Easy integrations, uploads, and great CS team that answers questions / issues quickly. Easy to build new plans with exisiting components, or adjust rates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Varicent?

Plan Distribution module could use some updates and wish there was DocuSign integration. Calculations or CRM Data Uploads can be lengthy at times, so need to plan tasks around those actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Varicent?

Harrison is very flexible and it has some very innovative tools. Varicent is always improving their product and staying ahead of the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Varicent?

The flexibility of Varicent makes it difficult to get right the first time. We have been successful with our implementation, but we are now going back to fix things we didn't get right and I feel it will be another year before we have a solid foundation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Varicent?

What do you like best about Varicent?

Over the past 5-6 years, Varicent has demonstrated significant advancements as an incentive compensation management tool. I have notes improvements in efficiency, with reduced processing times and an intuitive interface that simplifies report design.these enhancements contribute to enabling sales representatives to focus more on their sales activities rather than the intricacies of their incentive comp structures. What do you like best about Varicent?

Varicent is always making updates and improvements to the product. Their product is very flexible to build different programs. They solicit feedback from customers and focus on providing the most impactful improvements. They provide good training and resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Varicent?

Not Varicent's fault, but I find it hard to adopt the newer features. We don't have the personnel required to explore the new features and have our own business requirements that take priority over the new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like to make those updates for them, so I'm not sure if 3-4 large releases is a good thing, but I do know that when you have the right tools in place it makes your job a whole lot easier.
