Lots of documentation and how-to videos available. Plenty of customer support with ticketing, ask and expert and the Varicent community. Easy to generate reports and export them in various formats. Very good search functions and troubleshooting ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes formulas can be a little difficult to follow via SQL. Our model has a number of hidden Python scripts that can't be accessed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Standard formatting in the workflow generated email is non existent. No links or any formatting at all can be done. Copy/Paste is not something I have figured out how to do yet from Reports or System Tables. Currently I am not able to do it, but the functionality has to be there. My favorite thing about Varicent is how easy the design was. We just went through a full system rewrite and upgrade and being able to simplify tables and calculations on the back end was very helpful. I also like how customizable the reports are or can be. We have had issues with users making changes while a calculation is running, which results in an error of some sort.
