Utrakk is a must-have to manage your various daily management activities in your factory (shift start meeting, operations review, floor tour, safety tour, etc.)

It was very easy to deploy in our factory, we use it for both production and support services.

The management of daily corrective actions is very effective (quick actions). On the other hand, we have more difficulty managing more complex actions that require multidisciplinary work. The ease of use has allowed for the rapid adoption of the application by a large number of people. Despite the depth of the application, results are easily obtained even if it is only used on the surface. We do not use the "Procedures" section at all, which I do not find relevant in this application; we use a training application where it is more appropriate in my opinion. To have a standard agenda with checkpoints that allow us to achieve our goals and control our deviations. But there are so many possibilities. We are also not fully exploiting the potential of Utrakk. There is great support offered to allow us to exploit it further and share the new features. Il est très simple de partir de nouveau projet d'amélioration continu avec UTrakk. Je peux en faire le suivi et voir l'évolution très facilement. Il est moins pratique de pouvoir attribuer une action à seulement une personne à la fois. Souvent un projet peu appartenir à 2-3 personnes en même temps, mais on ne peut pas le attribuer la même action que nous puission tous travailler dessus et tous voir les avancées.
