Through the implementation of Userpilot our user onboarding experience has improved significantly while providing substantial benefits to our team. With this platform we can effortlessly create interactive walkthroughs alongside tooltips and in-app messages while maintaining minimal coding requirements. i think the way it is structured works very well for our business, contacts, companies then having onboarding tickets for each journey the customer goes through. this is an easy to use piece of software which i use each day, i wasnt part of the initial implementation but others told me they were well supported. i find the reporting and custom reports very complex, i have had a few sessions with the UP team and struggled to get the reports to do what i want to do, they have taken suggestions onboard and i'm looking forward to updates coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like how easy it is to create flows on whatever place I'd like. Be it very general or really deep into our platforms, pinned to certain elements, and the option to combine these and create bigger flows. The publishing settings are also fairly easy to use and understand.
The flow builder is able to switch elements around perfectly, giving the ability to really create the flow needed, big or small. I found it hard to think of something I really dislike. But something I found somewhat odd and still have to get used to often, is when editing a flow and you click on an element, you always have to click 'Save changes'. Even when no changes are made, you have to click this in order to continue. But hey! Also switching between Localizations is a bit odd and a lot of clicks. Userpilot is a really great tool with an amazing range of functionalities. Recently, I discovered a new way to set up flows that I didn’t even know was possible, just by checking out a page created by a coworker, it seems endless.
One of the best features of Userpilot is its customer support. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah, and she was fantastic. As a beginner, her assistance was amazing, because she took the time to sit down with me and address all and any of my doubts. This kind of support was crucial for me to use the platform efficiently.
