Through the implementation of Userpilot our user onboarding experience has improved significantly while providing substantial benefits to our team. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

What do you like best about Userpilot?

i think the way it is structured works very well for our business, contacts, companies then having onboarding tickets for each journey the customer goes through. this is an easy to use piece of software which i use each day, i wasnt part of the initial implementation but others told me they were well supported. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

i find the reporting and custom reports very complex, i have had a few sessions with the UP team and struggled to get the reports to do what i want to do, they have taken suggestions onboard and i'm looking forward to updates coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

I really like how easy it is to create flows on whatever place I'd like. Be it very general or really deep into our platforms, pinned to certain elements, and the option to combine these and create bigger flows. The publishing settings are also fairly easy to use and understand.

The flow builder is able to switch elements around perfectly, giving the ability to really create the flow needed, big or small. I feel that I personally am just scratching the surface of UP's possibilities and I'm looking forward to expand my knowledge soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

I found it hard to think of something I really dislike. But something I found somewhat odd and still have to get used to often, is when editing a flow and you click on an element, you always have to click 'Save changes'. Even when no changes are made, you have to click this in order to continue. But hey! Also switching between Localizations is a bit odd and a lot of clicks. At the time of writing, Userpilot is a web-only solution, without options for native mobile applications. However, this can also be seen as a benefit, as it allows Userpilot to specialize and deliver best-in-class support for web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Allows product team to fully own the content and delivery schedule of our end-user education

After setting it up initially, now non-developers can use Userpilot as a tool to decide when and what to show to users to educate them about our platform, as well as make updates to the content without need for developers to update copy, saving dev hours.

2. Simplified delivery of "What's New" promotional content when new features are released

Previously each new feature release included small dev effort to also update a component in-app, but with Userpilot personas this can also be driven by the product team's direct needs

3. Resource Center and in-app quick access to the help center content written by our extended team

What do you like best about Userpilot?

We previously relied on another platform for client communications, but it wasn’t cost-effective, and the UI was far from user-friendly. Since switching to Userpilot, both issues have been resolved! Also, to highlight, the adoption of this product was very easy.

Userpilot not only allows us to share posts but also supports images, GIFs, and an intuitive, creative UI, making it much more user-friendly while staying within our budget. We're using it to manage our product tours and plan to roll out weekly updates through Beamers soon. It's been a game-changer in automating our daily tasks. We're loving it! Honestly We're trying our best to use the system to the fullest and make the most out of it.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

Userpilot is a really great tool with an amazing range of functionalities. Recently, I discovered a new way to set up flows that I didn’t even know was possible, just by checking out a page created by a coworker, it seems endless.

One of the best features of Userpilot is its customer support. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah, and she was fantastic. As a beginner, her assistance was amazing, because she took the time to sit down with me and address all and any of my doubts. This kind of support was crucial for me to use the platform efficiently.

Userpilot allows us the ability to deliver on screen help within our applications, assisting where additional development time would be needed. Spotlights and flows have been greatly helpful so far in identifying areas where additional information is needed to get to the end goal. The resource center has also been invaluable in providing our clients immediate access to basic items where the application may not be clear including options for help articles and videos.
