What do you like best about Userpilot?

NPS is available but that is about all we I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

Reporting to it NPS is only set up for this week, last week, this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter, all time. So if you want to see how you are trending as of late in the start of the month to middle of the month... Good luck. Or 90 Days... Forget it.

I had to build my own report to do this... Oh and the dates on the scores are not dates it only read this week, last week, 1 week ago, 1 month ago, etc...

The best part is that they have other reports in the system that are dated and rolling 30,60, and 90 Day style. Haha that's right they have the pocket for other stuff but not for NPS, another will not add it. Haha Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

UserPilot takes complicated concepts and makes them easy and intuitive to implement for non-technical folk. Great technical support - always responsive and friendly. We've been relying on the team to help us implement features and build solutions on top of our web app to bring additional functionality and experiences for our users. UP has been very patient in trying to understand our product and what we're trying to introduce and helps us tailor the best possible user experience. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

It's not a dislike, but implementing a few certain functions and roles still requires dev involvement, which can be challenging if you don't have the technical skills or have devs easily available to assist you. What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Implementing a "Need Help?" menu and user training in various forms; providing important documentation to our users; conducting NPS surveys; displaying messages to our user-base that would be difficult to integrate via code from our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

So far our experience with Userpilot has been amazing. We came over from one of their competitors and the difference has been night and day. Starting with the implementation, since they connect with Segment, it was a matter of 15 minutes before we had integrated everything.

I love their UI, it makes everything so easy to use and you quickly understand what you can do, but then you keep finding more and more that's possible. The ability to filter charts by specific metadata from events is also super useful (which was not something offered by our previous supplier).

On top of that, they also have auto-tracking so I was able to start on the analytics journey without needing developer time. They do a really great job of balancing simplicity (as in how easy it is to set up and use) with depth.

Their Chrome extension lets me set up onboarding flows and customizations quickly, while still providing useful insights on what our users are interacting with.

All of this with an accessible price point and an excellent support team. Specifically, Owen and Lauren have been instrumental in our ability to get the most out of their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

So far nothing, we also wanted mobile app support but they just released it on Beta and it seems to work very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

I love utilizing their resource center for our tool platform! It's an easy way to provide that 'AI' feel without actually any AI code. We have 2 audiences of subscribers on the platform, and with Userpilot's integration and role pass, it was very easy to establish two different resource centers without having to do extra work! Our subscribers use this feature all the time and frequently let us know how much they appreciate the information we provide. It's greatly increase our subscriber satisfaction so our client success team didn't need to focus on the simple question. This has become another customer support tool. What do you like best about Userpilot?

The product is simple, we are not the most advanced at digging through data and previously we had a platform that was frankly overkil for our needs.

We needed dashboards and to be able to dig into data as and when needed and that it does very well.

The assitant is super simple to set up and the actual tool to create the guides works flawlessly compared to our previous system which would crash more often than not.

A.I. translations of guides work well even in tricky scadanavian languages.

They have just introduced the ability to port over data from other systems, this was a showstopper for us intitally but once we got it installed we had a gap between when we started and getting that data into the system, looking back this should never have been a showstopper for us. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

The implementation was a bit odd, there was no process, we are pretty process driven ourselves and had a plan with everything we needed to do.

It felt like implementation was more like a firefighting session once a week rather than something that was setting us up for success.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

I love that this tool is easy to navigate through. In the company Im working for, the UX Researcher takes care of the set up and I can go to the tool and navigate through the insights easily, aslo watching the recordings which is very helpful. What do you like best about Userpilot?

i think the way it is structured works very well for our business, contacts, companies then having onboarding tickets for each journey the customer goes through. this is an easy to use piece of software which i use each day, i wasnt part of the initial implementation but others told me they were well supported. i find the reporting and custom reports very complex, i have had a few sessions with the UP team and struggled to get the reports to do what i want to do, they have taken suggestions onboard and i'm looking forward to updates coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the time of writing, Userpilot is a web-only solution, without options for native mobile applications. However, this can also be seen as a benefit, as it allows Userpilot to specialize and deliver best-in-class support for web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Allows product team to fully own the content and delivery schedule of our end-user education

After setting it up initially, now non-developers can use Userpilot as a tool to decide when and what to show to users to educate them about our platform, as well as make updates to the content without need for developers to update copy, saving dev hours.

2. Simplified delivery of "What's New" promotional content when new features are released

Previously each new feature release included small dev effort to also update a component in-app, but with Userpilot personas this can also be driven by the product team's direct needs

3. Resource Center and in-app quick access to the help center content written by our extended team

What do you like best about Userpilot?

Userpilot is a really great tool with an amazing range of functionalities. Recently, I discovered a new way to set up flows that I didn’t even know was possible, just by checking out a page created by a coworker, it seems endless.

One of the best features of Userpilot is its customer support. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah, and she was fantastic. As a beginner, her assistance was amazing, because she took the time to sit down with me and address all and any of my doubts. This kind of support was crucial for me to use the platform efficiently.

While Userpilot offers lots of features, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of how extensive it is. But, the excellent support more than makes up for any initial challenges.

Our company has been using Userpilot to enhance our client support experience, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool. Userpilot allows us to provide on-screen help to our client base, improving their user experience, along with the ability to link additional support materials where needed.

Userpilot also offers flexibility within the tool with the ability to customize on screen elements to meet needs of our varying types of users.

Userpilot allows us the ability to deliver on screen help within our applications, assisting where additional development time would be needed. Spotlights and flows have been greatly helpful so far in identifying areas where additional information is needed to get to the end goal. The resource center has also been invaluable in providing our clients immediate access to basic items where the application may not be clear including options for help articles and videos.
